We can assure her that the application captured is safe and secured in our encrypted data base. We will continue our attempts to reach Ms*** to address this matter directly

Do not do business with this company They are a complete and total scam Everything they do is fraudulent They connect themselves with the department of education and tell you that you have to pay a $service fee to enroll in the program You can take care of your loans yourself and do the exact same thing with either the department of education or your current loan servicer Please look at those options before you use these services They have their agents say whatever is necessary to get you through This is a sales based commission company and every agent that you enroll in the program with receives your money, not the department of education These agents try and give you low monthly payment plans, but what they are doing to make those is making your family size sky high, and only using your income The legal way to do it through the department of education is if you are married they need your joint income, not just your income The agents also adjust your income, so when you get re evaluated your income and family size are all off, and your low payment you have for the first year is going to sky rocket Do not give them your personal information, including checking information They hold onto all that information

I was refunded all the money I had paid to this company and we ended our business on good terms

When I began doing research and asking questions, the representative said, "There's nothing we can do for you" and hung up on meThey don't like too many questions, because they are charging $for what people could do easily for themselves

This is a SCAM, they charge you - hundred dollars to simply switch your loans from one company to another I went through this process with them and was told that my payments would go down by about half After the consolidation was complete my payments are within dollars of the original monthly from my old service provider

Please help! I was Scammed! I was also contacted by Assisting America and was told that if I pay certain amount for a few months that my loan would be forgiven. Its been over 2 years and now I cant get a hold of anyone with the company. I was "Scammed" and never heard back from anyone and no one responds to my emails. It very unfortunate that this company does this to students who have hope in getting rid of school loan. I hope someone can help me find a way to get a refund.
