 With respect to Commonwealth Dodge response. My only concern is the lack of intergerty the response give. First and foremost (if) commonwealth dodge did a dionosity why didnt the dionosity reveal the alleged faugthy fuel pump and cataliat converter. These diconosity should of show these errors if ran not at separate repairs.

vehicle long turn over before start,,,, runs rough and dies shortly after ,,,, customer has previously replaced the cam sensor and crank sensor  and e.g.r  value… him self…..  after we performed one hour  diagnostic  we then call customer back and informed him of next step will need to get into wiring and check. would   be another  4. Hours to start cking wiring…..  he oked……  had fault code p0129,, witch is baro pressure out of range… p0340 , witch is camshaft position senor bank one /sensor one .. had no 5 volt supply to cam sensor or map trace wiring to p.c.m have to remove cowl panels to get to ..5 volt supply to  rule out p.c.m shut down  … found 5 volt supply yellow / pink wire from p.c.m to cam and map shortyed at egr value un pluged short went away…   pin  was bent in connector housing  repaired , and retest  new e.g.r value that customer installed  shorted also .. adviced customer of his new e.g.r value  is shorted out probably  from bent pens in connecter .. he oked to replace with our new part  and would  install it for free while we had it apart   witch saved him 126.50  in labor .. plus 20% off on part  or he could get his own e.g.r value   .. then retest system   put customer own part in vehicle…..  and called customer to pick up with price oked pick up

approved to replace. We could not get the van to duplicate the problems that she brought it in for. We did refund her the $115.00 for the diagnostic test when she complained about it as goodwill. I told her we could try and trade her out of it, but she owed so much more than what is worth, we could not get bank approval or to her desired payment. I recommended her trading her husbands car and maybe we could add enough to that deal to pay for repairs to the van. I also suggested she return to [redacted] to see if they could help her since they did the financing as well. I was always courteous to Ms. [redacted] , but understand her frustration without being able to diagnose the problem as the other dealership could not either, even after replacing the battery cable wires. [redacted] this trade is only coming up because the car has been not right since I pulled off with car.. They making it seem as if I just want to trade it because I don't want it. I've been lied too on numerous times telling me car was fixed and can be picked up...Kenny told me he would find me a car off the lot and do a trade.. Of course now I can't be qualified for a loan because of this situation the car had a payment due on 7/13 which I was told I would have a different car by then and the mist of waiting for a new car it broke down again and they lied and told me they fixed it but didn't... They should've never let me come get car if it wasn't fixed.. It's not professional and unethical that a car lot can sale you a car that they know nothing about but the color and vin number... I want them to back the deal I don't care if I don't receive my down payment back at least take care of car fix and take care of the first two payments
