On Monday 3/19/we verbally contracted with [redacted] Peters DBA Sierra Tree Care to remove a Weeping Willow tree & furnish & install a 14' Flowering Plum tree in its placeThe price quoted by [redacted] & agreed to by us was $for the complete job Sierra Tree Care started to work imediatly & had the tree removed in just a couple Of hours [redacted] then wanted full payment even though the job was not complete, they still had to furnish & install a 14' Flowering Plum tree [redacted] stated he had to prepare the soil where the new tree was to go & would be back to plant it in days on Wednesday March 21,so we paid him the full amount on his promise to install the tree on the date statedIt is now Monday 3/26/& no new tree as promisedSeveral text messages & phone call attempts yielded no results, so further action evidently is required

In July, we paid more then $upfront for Sierra Tree Care, LLC to order and install trees, along with ordering of two gates plus install, as well as finishing up our fence! The owner Kevin P [redacted] did not order the trees, nor did he delivered the gates! He made several promises to complete the job, but flaked on all scheduled days without calling! We also loaned $7,to the business for a new trailer to complete the job because his trailer broke! Agreed Deadline to refund our money was in SeptemberNew deadline was today! For two weeks now he has lied to us! He also used foul language! Yesterday he told us he will show to settle his debt! Once again no call, he hid from his obligations!

Sierra Tree Care owner Kevin was highly responsive by returning calls within minutes, making a timely onsite visit to include a quote all in about an hourMy tree removal was completed that afternoon! His crew was expedient, safe and very professional during the entire processThey worked fast while being mindful and respectful and completely cleaned up all leftover debrisHis crew picked up all the limbs, raked the lawn free of sawdust to include limbs that had fallen into the neighbors yardCustomer service was topnotch with Sierra Tree CareI recommend anyone seeking tree removal, tree trimming or tree advice to contact KevinThey're the best in their industry!

I have tried to cancel my contract with Ripped Fitness on Foothills Blvd, Roseville, CA with no luck They refer me to there billing company ABC financial and are not offering to assist with this process This process has taken months and is well documented by other people about this process Its bad business to try and blame the billing company for a simple cancellation in this day and age Thanks for your assistance
