I have been trying for over a year to cancel the membership at this gym The original contract stated there needed to be a hand written letter for cancelation given to the managerThis did not work I was continually charged for the membershipWhen I had the bank stop payment on the gym membershipThe *** financial kept charging me and sent me to collections I have answered the *** financial robot call to cancel the membership and it did not workI gave letters to management it did not workThey stated it had to be handled by *** financial and did not give me a yellow card with the supposed policy to cancel Now I have a collection bill of $for a membership that was supposed to have ended months before The owner is not helpfulThe management just ignores complaints

so I finally get a hold of someone to talk about my bill apparently there are no cancellations at all and it will automatically renew my membership in May I did not authorise that and when I joined I was told that if I needed to cancel then all I needed to do was pay a fee I'm fine with that but then I call and am told there are no cancellations and that I have to right a letter confirming my cancelled renewal and that they would charge me until April I will not pay them they lied to me several times claiming I could cancel at any time and then they don't even cancel and you don't get any information at the gym other then to call a number that just tells you about your bill and you say cancel then it tells you to go to the website and the website tells you to right a letter to cancel I called back asked to speak to a rep and they told me I had to right a letter to them to cancel my renew but could not cancel the membership

Unprofessional company , the manager Andrew hang up on ur face instead let you talk ,and charging us over $with out us knowing instead $a month charging me $per month with no notice ,now they won't call us back for my refund worse company ever
