The original appointment made went quick, the technician was on time, and was a pleasure to deal with. He ran into an issue (damaged drain lines, not his fault at all), so the sent out another tech the next at no charge just to verify that was the issue. He ran late, but I know from experience that sometimes in work like this that happens. Still would recommend them with a clogged drain issue.
