I did not witness it, they are the oyea one in my driveway that day , but someone backed into my mailbox which I just put in a new one the week before That morning I had no otjer visitors Otherwise they were very professional and friendly
The serviceman arrived shortly after I was contacted that he was on his way The repair was done quickly and I was given advice as to how to prevent the incident from occurring again
I had four small plumbing repairs to be madeThe first of which was to replace two valves under a bathroom sink which were very hard to openThe copper piping from both the cold and hot side extended from the wall by and 1/inchesAll that needed to be done was to cut the piping at the end of the valves and install new onesThe worker by mistake cut the piping too close to the wallSo there was not enough clearance to sweat a connection
And decided to break into the tile wall with a hammer leaving a large jagged holeThis is armed on the invoiceNeedless to say but we asked him not to do the other repairsI did send a letter with pictures and attempted to call a manager but no response was received
the guys were terrific worked hard and solved the clog
