The order this customer placed was never shipped due to horrible business practices of our former supplier. We are currently involved in a lawsuit with them for that very reason.

The information this customer provided is accurate. We had offered to switch him to the replacement product from our new supplier, but after a period of time he decided he wanted a refund. My shipping department did email him on the 15th of January stating we had processed the refund the previous week. This was in error as the original credit card transaction was too dated for us to refund via our credit card processing software (***). We will have to refund him by check or by ***. I will email him this evening to confirm we have not yet done so and then execute the check or *** payment per his reply
I apologize for this whole mess and frankly the previous supplier situation has nearly ruined my business. It is a very unfortunate thing indeed. The lack of refund on our part was clearly an error and for that specifically I also apologize

To make a long story short it looks like my shipping department handled this transaction (and
some others) very poorly. The products were on pre-order, but when contacted we did not address his concerns in a timely fashion nor follon our promises as we should have. I have taken action regarding my shipping department and this concern

Now I want to directly address you and what this means for your unshipped pre-order. We have begun production and have already shipped most of the pre-orders. If your order has not shipped it will be shipping tomorrow. All shipping is now going out of our new facility in CA.

Review: On August 5, 2013 I order protein powder from the AtLarge Nutrition website. I received confirmation of my order and they processed my credit card payment for [redacted]. On August 25, I sent a follow up email because I had not received my order. I got no response. So on September 10 I sent another email trying to locate my product and told them that if I did not get a response by September 24 I would be filing a complain with the Revdex.com. I have even waited until today (October 1) to file my complaint. They charged my credit card on August 5 and I have yet to receive my product or any response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund immediately.

The customer in question placed an order for an item which was clearly marked as being on pre-order when the order was placed. Both of the auto emails she received after her order was placed noted that if her order contains an item on pre-order the shipment will be delayed until the item is ready and that she should reference the product specific page for updates. The product specific page has been kept updated. The production run of the product in question has been continuously delayed by our supplier and they have continuously lied to us about delivery. This is a situation beyond our control in that sense (and one which finally compelled us to switch to a new supplier with whom we will begin business this month). With that said, for any customer who requests it we have refunded orders or substituted alternate flavors and shipped immediately. We contend her statement that she has contacted us regarding this matter. 98% of all communication we have is via our contact us email link and we have no record of an email from her. I have personally checked all deleted and sent email folders and can find nothing from her or sent to her beyond the auto emails generated when she placed the order. Her order has been refunded as of this writing, but I will state personal frustration on my end regarding this matter because if she had actually contacted us this matter would have been resolved to her satisfaction promptly. We respond to ALL customer emails and normally do so the same day within hours of its receipt.

Review: I placed an order on the website on February 10th for 2 products. They told me the shipping date would be between 2/22-2/25.

I waited until March 4th until I emailed them asking what was going on because they had not communicated anything to me at all in the near month I waited.

They responded back saying they would be shipping my products out within 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks, never received or heard anything from them, and emailed them again on March 19th.

They responded on March 20th saying they would split up my order and mail me the one product [redacted] and have it sent in the morning. I looked at the shipping number I had from them for a [redacted] delivery and nothing was updated in 3 days.

On March 23rd, they emailed me saying they would ship the product [redacted] again in the morning.

By April 1st, I had not received any product in the mail or any communications from them at all. I emailed them again asking where my product was.

On April 2nd they responded and said for the THIRD time they would send it in the morning and email me a tracking number.

On April 8th I finally received my product, a big surprise to me as they NEVER emailed me a tracking number as they promised.

I then emailed them and asked for a refund on the other product I ordered because I had been waiting since February 10th for it. They said they would cancel the order and refund me.

It is April 23rd and I have still not received my refund. This has been the most difficult transaction I have ever made in my life.Desired Settlement: I want my refund, I want an apology and I want what they think is fair for having put me through this mess and having to take up so much of my time to chase them down.

This business is a complete joke and should not be allowed to operate. I placed 2 orders for an item (protein powder) over 2 months ago (early Feb) and was told the item was on back-order and should be in stock the following week. Fast forward a week after not receiving anything I email customer service and was told that it should be available 1st week of March. On March 17th I contacted customer service once again about my dissatisfaction and how I still had not received anything. I was then told I should have something the following week. Then on March 28th I contacted them once again via email and was told I should receive my order the following week. I finally received one of my orders on April 3rd. With another order still pending I told customer service to cancel my order and process a credit back to my credit card. I got an email on April 8th saying my order will be cancelled, but as of today, April 21st, my credit still has not shown up for that second order.

I have kept a log of all my emails. Customer service is beyond ridiculous and they have done nothing but lie to me for 2 straight months and I have the emails to prove it.Desired Settlement: First off, I would like a refund for my second order. And second, I would like the public to know of this company's practices before they think about placing an order with them. Had I known about this before hand I would never have placed an order with them. It's not even about what is owed to me, it's the principle and the trust one places in a business as a customer. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt one too many times and clearly, they have no regard for their customers and instead of being honest with them they choose to lie time after time. Such a company should not be allowed to operate.

When contacted it takes days/weeks to get a response and they keep telling me it will arrive soon, then it's we don't have your address, and then the excuse it has been sent but I have never received a shipping/tracking number.Desired Settlement: I would just simply like the product I ordered and paid for so many months ago.
