Review: I've place and order on 4/11/14 for their product and they have charged me for the product but they have not delivered the product to this day 6/13/14.

I've sent numerous emails with some responses and excuses which I have been very patient. The latest response being that I can choose one of three options, I chose and option but I received nothing.

I sent more emails to them with threats to report them and I finally received another apology stating they would generate another packing slip with ups and my order would arrive in three days.

The new ups tracking number has no movement and it has been three days since they opened it.

I'm just fed up with this company and I need some help to get them to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I would either like my order or a refund back to my [redacted] account.

Review: Ordered product [redacted] milk chocolate from At Large Nutrition around May 2nd of this year. After three weeks, I send an email to them requesting a status on my order. They informed me that the product is on back order and I would have to wait 4 to 5 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks and I have not received my order. The shipment is #[redacted] and the order number is #[redacted].Desired Settlement: They can send me a refund of $83.90.

Review: On August 12th, 2013 I place an order for a single order of protein powder from AtLarge nutrition. They provided my with an order# of [redacted] and a tracking# of [redacted] and they charged my credit card $62.46 on 8/13/13. The shipment was delayed and on their website they continually kept updating and pushing back the date they expected to ship the order once the product was back in stock. Their site stated you could opt to switch to a different flavor of their product at no charge to expedite delivery of my purchase so after nearly 2 months had passed, I contacted them on 10/9/13 to change my flavor so I could finally get my order. They apologized for the delay and said they would change my order.

Another 3 months passed and on 12/31/13 I contacted them to cancel my order and to simply refund my credit card. They apologized again and said they would refund my credit card. I still didn't receive my refund so on 1/15/14 I contacted them again to ask when I can expect to see the refund on my card. They said they had already processed the refund a week ago and said I should see it soon.

To date I still have not received the original product I order on 8/12/13 or received my money back as promised. I feel I am getting nowhere by communicating with them via their site so I've chosen to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: I really just want my money back. I feel I've been extremely patient through this whole process and I've wasted a lot of time just trying to recuperate they money they charged me.

The order this customer placed was never shipped due to horrible business practices of our former supplier. We are currently involved in a lawsuit with them for that very reason.

The information this customer provided is accurate. We had offered to switch him to the replacement product from our new supplier, but after a period of time he decided he wanted a refund. My shipping department did email him on the 15th of January stating we had processed the refund the previous week. This was in error as the original credit card transaction was too dated for us to refund via our credit card processing software ([redacted]). We will have to refund him by check or by [redacted]. I will email him this evening to confirm we have not yet done so and then execute the check or [redacted] payment per his reply.

I apologize for this whole mess and frankly the previous supplier situation has nearly ruined my business. It is a very unfortunate thing indeed. The lack of refund on our part was clearly an error and for that specifically I also apologize.

Review: I have ordered a product February 3rd from the company. Their results and BCAA products after reading good reviews. From their website I gained that it was on backorder and that it would be shipped out when they had a new shipping company. They supposedly resolved the shipping company and I never received my product. I have emailed them multiple times as well as the [redacted]. I keep being told they must have missed my order and that they will print out a new shipping label in the morning. It is obvious that isn't happening as I still haven't received my product as of this date. From Feb 3rd to May 22nd is completely unacceptable. I have already paid for the produce and should have received it by now.Desired Settlement: I want them to straighten out their shipping practices and get the product to clients in a timely manner. After viewing their [redacted] and forums I notice there are a lot of people with the same issue as I have with them.

Review: I ordered (2) containers of [redacted] milk chocolate on March 17, 2014. As of July 10, 2014, I have still not received the order. I paid $99.49 for this order. The company does not man it's phone lines, so I cannot call to speak with someone. I called and left several messages beginning on 4/7/14 and never received a callback. I have emailed the company several times, and they have responded, but it takes several days for a response. I have asked them to ship the product immediately and they have told me that it is out of stock. The product website did not state the item was out of stock at the time of order, and the company did not contact me to relay any supply issues to me, it wasn't until 6/9/14 that I contacted them regarding the order, nearly 3 months after placing order. 5 days later I received a response that it was back ordered, without asking me if I'd like a refund, and no indication of when it would be back in stock. I've asked for a refund several times beginning on 6/19/14 and they claim they will look into it, but I have still not received a refund!

The customer service and response time is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I will accept an immediate shipment of my order w/ a tracking number by 7/14/14, or a full refund, no later than 7/14/14.

Review: I placed three orders with this company and some products were on back order which prevented my orders from being shipped. I realized that the out of stock orders were going to take too long to come in and I requested a full refund on the April 14th- of which I have not received any money as of April 19th.

On April 7th I asked the company to ship what product was available out of my three orders. I was told on April 8th my order was going to be combined and shipped, and was told on April 12th that the products were shipped. On April 14th after not receiving the package I started to have doubts that the products were ever shipped and at that point I requested a full refund and the [redacted] tracking ID number and what items were shipped- this request was made at 8:31 in the morning, and we are in the same time zone. I received an email back on 5:02 that evening telling me my package was shipped. But no [redacted] tracking ID numbers or what items were shipped. I continued to request the [redacted] is tracking number and what products were shipped over the next few days with no response. The package arrived on April 17- [redacted] ground, which delivers in two days from [redacted] to [redacted]- which leads me to believe that the package was initially shipped a day after I made the refund request- in a deliberate attempt to not refund my money.

I do not understand why I've not been given a refund for the unshipped items as requested and why the items were shipped after I requested a refund. The company also states that I must receive a return authorization number to return the products but was never provided a return authorization number after requesting this information for four straight days.

Email string is available.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to be processed for the unshipped goods and a refund to be processed for the returned package- which should arrive via [redacted] signature confirmation by 4/23 to be processed by 4/25. I would also like to be refunded for my return shipping costs as I believe these items were initially shipped after I requested a full refund.
