Review: On March *, 2015, I leased a Chevy Traverse for my business. I gave the salesman, Jon, ALL necessary paperwork and ID's regarding my business and yet, after almost 4 hours of going back and forth with insurance co. etc, because Atlantic is incompetent, I finally got the vehicle. This was also a problem with the leasing department as well and at the time, I just thought that it was a light mistake and that everything was alright in the end. Well the end came in the form of my insurance co dropping me because they never put my company's name on the registration (my fault to not looking because ALL the other paper work finally said my company's name) and had to scramble to find insurance for my truck. Now mind you, when I did become aware of this, about a month later, my sales rep is no longer with Atlantic (how convenient) and was referred to the manager, Jeff. We spoke about this and he said that it was out of his hands and that I personally would have to go down to DMV and file for a new registration. I run my restaurant full time, have a family and numerous other things to do than spend 3 hours at DMV which I finally was able to do. This manager, in front of the Lisa (CSI coordinator) and a woman named Jackie, said that he would reimburse me for having to get a new registration. After numerous, and I mean NUMEROUS phone calls to him, to Lisa, which neither called me back and one to Jackie and her saying that it more or less wasn't the case even though she was the one to tell me what forms and paper work I would need to fill out!!! I am at a loss and want a refund of what I paid. This wasn't my only issue with this company but this was the biggest one.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for my registration in the amount of $179.75 of which I have the receipt, it being the registration. And a serious apology for wasting so much of my time on this BS it is mind blowing.

Review: My husband and I were supposed to pick up our brand new vehicle on Friday, July **, 2013. Four hours prior to pick up, Atlantic Chevrolet calls my husband and informs him that we need to pay with a certified check. This should have been discussed when we made the deal to purchase the truck and we should of been informed of all information, including form of payment. But, instead we were informed four hours the day of pick up. Then we were informed since we got the certified check that we would be able to pick our vehicle up on Monday, July **, 2013. Well the truck didn't have a package that was included so it was missing something for the pick up part of truck. As a result, we are told we can pick up the vehicle now on Tuesday, July **,2013. I don't understand how you run a business like that. I will promise that we will never purchase another vehicle from Atlantic Chevrolet ever again and I will be informing friends and family about this unprofessionalism from this business. I am infuriated and would like to talk to the owner of the company and will be sending a complaint to him/her as well.Desired Settlement: I want my new vehicle and the way we are supposed to have it with everything we have purchased for it.

Although the stipulations of sale and certified check was in the paperwork the customer received on the purchase date, Im aware and concerned that the customer was not completely satisfied. I spoke to the customer and offered an apology and extra accessory for his trouble. I assured the customer that in the event that the accessories are not in stock I would have them installed at his home or place of business.

Hi wislande from west babylon I brought a car last June I spent over 1200 hundreds dollars and the car needed 2 heater hoses to replace sent the car to the dealer service it came back with more problems that I sent it with I am thinking someone is messing up with the car or they have mechanic that don't know what they doing any they took the in again try to fix it iam still not satisfied.

Review: I purchased a car from this dealer on 2/2014 and was told the warranty was being thrown in for me. I get home after being there for over 9 hours and read the paper work over to see I was charged 2,500 for a warranty I do not need. The truck has a factory warranty for 3 years and the warranty they charged me for would expire before the factory. I called and canceled the warranty and was told no you cant. I called the higher up [redacted] and was told he would take care of the issue and the money was going back to the lean holder and that was fine. It has been two months and no money has been returned. I called and get the run around no return calls and the one time I got [redacted] the finance guy and he was very nasty cursing and I said did you mail out the check yet? He said yeah sure and hung up. I want my warranty money returned asap in the amount of 2,500.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of 2,500 returned to me of the lean holder right away. I have asked and called so many times I am just tired of playing games. Please return my money back asap..

Hello You told me to get back to you if I have not got the issue resolved. Well I tried to call [redacted] 4 times and never got a call back. This place has not paid back the $2500.00 . I now ask to have a check sent to me personally in the amount of $2500.00. I am tired of there games and there lack of liability. I thank you for your help and I hope you can get this resolved. I can not believe there still playing games. It has been since February that I have been told I will get the check.

Review: I had purchased a vehicle that the transmission went on the car. It was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. I call the dealership and arranged for the car to be towed to the facility that day. I asked for loaner car since I am a single mother and have a full time job. I was advised that they would get back to me with a loaner car. I then had to go to Enterprise to rent a car on my own. The only vehicle available was a SUV. I had to keep the car for 11 or 12 days. This cost me out of my pocket $983.62. This was way out of my range of spending money. I finally blew a fit and called them again and got a loaner that was to be only for 5 days. It now is two weeks. The car has been with the dealer ship now for more than 30 days. I have tried by email to contact headquarters and another email to contact persons on their website. I have gotten nothing in return. Thank you for your time,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for my out of pocket expense for the rental since this was to be a warranty repair.

When customer told us they went into a rental , we had them return and come into our vehicle. We also requested the bill from the customer already and was working on its approval from General Motors - We just had bill approved and we contacted customer today to inform that we would be getting them their rental expense reimbursed IN FULL
