Review: On 05/**/2014 I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, it was a one day purchase which lasted six hours, towards the end of the purchase I was exhausted and was unable to focus properly. The dealership without my knowledge added additional charges to this purchase. It was not until the next day when I reviewed my paperwork that I noticed these additional charges. I immediately called them and went the next day in person. But they were unresponsive and to date have refused to make any attempt to resolve these issues. The unauthorized charges are as follows: 1. I was charged and additional amount of $1,295.00 on my purchase price which was called an " Administrative Fee" The salesman [redacted] never mentioned this Fee. 2. This transaction involved a trade in of my vehicle, [redacted] agreed to give me $12,500. for my trade in but in the final paperwork. I was only given $11,000.00 When I met with the [redacted], [redacted] he reluctantly mentioned that in order to get me a better loan rate. He needed to add in a $1,300.00 Wheel Insurance contract which I never authorized. This was a long and exhausting process for me, When I began to sign all the papers. I mentioned to [redacted] how exhausted and tired I was, and if I noticed any issues the next day I would be calling him. He assured me that he understood how long I had been there and would correct any issues I discovered. All of the people I encountered there were very aggressive, and I believe they took advantage of the fact that I had been there for six long hours, I wasn't thinking straight . I never authorized any of these additional charges I'm reporting. This entire buying experience at this dealership was very stressful and I'm hoping you can assist me in retrieving these unauthorized charges.Desired Settlement: Reverse and Refund the Unauthorized charge of $1,295.00 which was never told to me during the purchase
Refund me or Adjust the agreed upon trade in amount promised to me at the time of purchase I was only given $11,000.00 for my trade in which should have been $15,500.00 ( Refund or adjustment of $1,500.00 )
Reverse or Refund the amount of $1,300.00 Wheel Insurance I never wanted or asked for.

Review: the dealership committed income fraud when they reported my income to the financing bank as $74,000.00 when I wrote $50,000.00 on my credit application. They further padded the bill by adding "custom edge" for $2,000.00. Before I signed the contract I questioned this and they told me it was for the finance fee. When I signed the completed forms on the day of the pick up of the vehicle, the finance amount showed as $4,070.08. I questioned again and they said the custom edge $2,000.00 was for a buy down in the interest. that my interest was 11.7 from the bank and I had to buy it down to 7.9%. an advertisement I saw shows that they can go to a number of banks and my bank Teachers Fed cred Union was one of the banks and my bank was offering 2.9%. They didn't use my bank. When I spoke to the financing bank 5th 3rd Bank they said they have no such program that allows them to buy down interest rates. This car dealership committed fraud and lied to me several times.Desired Settlement: They need to get me an interest rate of 2.9% and reduce the price of the car by the "custom edge" price of $2,000.00. If they cannot do that then I want them to take back the car and void the contract and refund the original $250.00 that I put down on the car.

Review: On 2/* we provided a $200.00 down payment for a vehicle which we purchased. During completion of the purchase with the finance generalist our $200.00 down payment was not applied to the purchase. At that time we were told that a check would be issued to repay the $200.00 we recieved a customer pay off form indicating that a check would be sent. We have contacted our sales person prior to this complaint. We were advised that another department had to issue the check it has now been alomst 2 months and the refund has not been issued.Desired Settlement: Refund check. We expect resolution of the issue within 10 business days of the dealer being notified.
