[redacted] has requested time for further review over the holiday period.

From: [redacted] Sent: Wednesday, October 26, 2016 8:17 PM To: ssa[redacted]@ARS.com Cc: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: Re: Your ARS/RR Corporate Representative Sametria, I appreciate you reaching out to me.  Based on your voicemail, the best I can hope for from ARS is that they might consider maybe reimbursing me for the overage in my electricity bill which jumped up as a result of the issues I experienced with ARS.  If ARS is not willing to reimburse me for, at a minimum the $122 dollars I paid for coolant that leaked right back out of the system within 10 days, I have no interest in dealing with ARS any further.  I do not believe that ARS is sincere in their desire to resolve this issue for me and I do not see the need for either of us to spend additional time on the matter. Thank you for your attempt to assist. [redacted]
