As stated, by mass law, you had days to get a refund As a health club, we have legal rights to modify servicesYour membership is valid still for the duration of this contractWe will have nothing further to speak to about refund eligibility as everything has been outlined

REPONSE: We have cross referenced our member check in software and have proof that *** has used club services (and aqua classes at other local atlantis locations) well into months after purchase In coordination and compliance with Mass State Law, we are not *** did not file for a refund within hours of purchase, and therefore we are not able to give her monatary compensation In the interest of good customer service, we are able to compensate ***'s Atlantis membership account with free months of unlimited personal training ($value)Legally we have the rights to modify services and are not responsible to refund her for a paid in full membership since we still supply these services

NEVER would of join to go to Nashua N.H..This kind of act is what gives gyms a bad name take your money cancel a class, there you go made your quota for the month.Another Unhappy customer
