charged (per notice and 30 day policy) after 9/1/15. On 10/1/15 and 12/1/15, [redacted] did not get charged from Atlantis. However, software system erroneously charged her $49 on 11/1/15, 1/1/16, 2/1/16, 3/1/16, and 4/1/16. Therefore, [redacted] has been refunded the amount of $245 for erroneous charges. We sincerely apologize about this software glitch and are happy to offer her a free 6 month membership in addition to the refund. Kind Regards, Atlantis

in intermittent $25 amounts instead of in a  lump sum as I believe I am entitled; 2) To date, no amount of refund has been made.

Please add your rejection comments below. As for the response fromthe Atlantis Sports Cub, 1) I was not asking for a full refund, I paid 449.00 for a 2 year renewal . I was asking for 300.00 refunded, for the reason hat I work for a school system and start back this September 1,2016. After this time I will not have time to travel up route 3 with the traffic from [redacted] Ma to Nashua N.H. for the Aqua Classes. I do feel that this is a hardship being that it is over 25 miles.I did not choose to join the Nashua N.H. club for 2 years, I chose [redacted] Ma.The attachments are copies of my payments made this past January and Febuary that are clearly marked in the memo.
