We bought an air purifier for our home office and believe we got a great product! A great improvement in air quality! A great device sold by a well informed representative!

3- The gift delivery is the arrival of the in-house demonstration of the Filter-Queen vacuum and air cleanerClose to hours
The demonstration included a page that indicated that they were a Revdex.com certified company
They did deliver the giftA food chopper
Same old door-to-door stuff, just using a new company name

Everything went great with our presentation First night with the Defender and we noticed such a difference The air quality improved so fast, I actually slept thru the night I couldn't say the last time that happened I woke up feeling good instead stuffy Craig was great and knew his facts I would highly recommend both products to everyone even if you don't suffer from allergies If you do have allergies, you need these products
I am uncomfortable with how they gained access to me and my home I have no complaint against the specific salesperson with whom I dealt however am very dissatisfied with communication with the manage in Victoria or the person who claimed to be the "owner" who went on about how his wife and he had invested years of their lives into building this company So very unprofessionalI did end up buying one for more than $off the beginning price because a good friend has one she bought off craig's list (for ~ $600.) and has been operating well for her for over years she has numerous animalsNow I am still within the day period and although it cleans very well - including cat hair and my car am worried about the warranty - can't even use essence or oils not of Filter Queen although the need for using Filter Queen filter was stressed this was not mentioned in the sales pitch although I specifically asked about it
I had a demonstration a week ago, and Craig was very funny, nice and informative when showing these products I was extremely surprised when he not only started talking about the bad things we are breathing in our homes and left in our carpets, furniture and mattresses, but when he actually showed us I was utterly shocked I have been using the machines for a week now and cannot believe how much better I am feeling I suffer from allergies and it has made an incredible difference Thank you Craig
I had the pleasure of having Albert *** present to be a fantastic Air Quality System from Atlas Air Industries called the Majestic and the Defender Systems He was very knowledgeable and I was shocked at the amount of dust mites that were left in my carpet AFTER I vacuumed that same day The information that he told us about the quality of air and the pollution inside of our homes was unbelievableI'm looking forward to a better way of living and a healthier future because of Albert's presentation and the Filter Queen products (I also love that I can make my home smell better too)
I highly recommend to anyone else that suffers from allergies or wants a better sleep/life quality in general to consider purchasing these devices
Received a call regarding surveyCompleted verbal surveyThen advised my st name & tel number would be entered into a draw to be made later in the yearReceived call today that I won a prize either a vacation in Jasper or Collingwood, ON or an E Z deck systemAll I had to do was to pass on word of mouth advertising for their product nothing was said about a product in-house demonstration, in fact, I understood they would provide written documentation.I selected the E Z Deck system and she advised the Winnipeg office would deliver the prize today at 3:p.m.(August 12, 2015)
At about 3:p.mI received a call from a young gentleman advising that their agent doing the product demonstrations was about minutes awayThis was the first time I realized that there was a demo involved and the survey etcwas all a coto get their sales rep in the doorAt that time I cancelled the delivery and demonstration and advised that I did not like this kind of advertising so declined prize and my participationAt that point the caller even offered me both prizesAfter this statement I firmly requested that the whole thing be cancelled
I the checked with the Revdex.com to discover there was an advisory on Atlas Air Industries (previously Winnipeg Health service with numerous complaints) Their sales approach was described almost exactly as I experiencedObviously they have yet to make any changes to their process as they advised the Revdex.com that they would back in April
It is interesting to note that they also gave the impression that they only need first names when most people know they can get all that info from various web services

I had a wonderful experience during the demonstration, Dani was informative and genuinely friendly without being pushyI have been familiar with the Filter Queen brand and have always trusted themI especially liked that the technology has remained the same, and that the product have kept their high level of integrity
Both my husband & I were kept nearly 'hostage' by an Atlas Air Industries Representative & his associate/trainee for 6 hours on a Monday night in January 2016. Here is our experience from the beginning:
We first received a 'Lottery' type card in the mail telling us we had won a $10000 prize after scratching it - the revealed sequence of numbers was "777". There was a list of about 10 different prizes ranging in value from $12.99 approx(a Slap Chopper) to $10000. Of course the '777' sequence was lined up for the description of the $10000 prize. Both my husband & I were excited about this winning, yet quite skeptical, so we called the phone number provided on the card for information purposes. The only information my husband received was that a representative would come by our house & give a presentation of a product, but it wasn't exactly clear which product. We were told that the prizes listed on the card were not necessarily matching up to the winning sequence(s) and to read the card carefully which we did. (We only found out after the presentation that the smallest prize on the list was the one the rep. would give us upon completing his/her presentation.) An appointment date was set for 6 PM that evening. The young male rep. showed up at our door accompanied by a young female assistant whom we figured was being trained, as she took notes while she just sat there in one of the chairs of our living room during most of the presentation. The first product shown to us was an air filtration device called a 'Defender', after presenting a few sheets of paper on the topic of air purification & promoting the need for such a device in people's homes. The rep. took the device to our bedroom and placed it on our bed, leaving it there during the presentation of the Majestic 'Filter Queen' Vacuum Cleaner. The first presentation lasted longer than expected because my husband often interjected with jokes & comments, so it may have lasted an hour or so before the rep. placed the Defender in our bedroom to purify the air. While the Defender did its work, the rep. set out to give an elaborate demonstration of the effectiveness of the Majestic Cleaner which took another 3 to 4 hours. Towards the end of that presentation, the rep. led us back to our bedroom to show us how well the Majestic cleaner could clean our mattress. Without our consent, he went right ahead & removed the mattress cover, sheets & blankets from a corner of our bed to show its effectiveness & ease of operation, suction flow, etc... I have to admit that the entire presentation, including the bedroom one, was beyond EXTRAORDINARY in terms of the rep's performance, in fact it was probably the most incredulous & outstanding presentation of any product I have ever been exposed to in my entire life, and I'm a senior citizen with several University degrees... So, he was EXCEPTIONAL in his presentation - he should have gotten the $10000 prize himself just for the excellence of it all!! However, by the time the presentations were over it was nearly midnight!!! By then, however, my husband & I were famished, as we had not finished our supper when they arrived on our doorstep. The worse part came when the rep persuaded us, rather forcefully I think, to sit around our kitchen table to discuss the matter of purchase and for us to sign the papers he presented to us. Neither my husband or I were at all interested in ANY purchase that night, regardless of any possible 'deals' on the product(s) which the rep. tried to offer us at about 11:30 PM... If we had wanted a vacuum cleaner or air purifier in the first place, we would have #1 searched the web for one and perhaps THEN might we have made an appointment for someone to show us the company's product(s)... The worst moment came when the rep., who was already contemplating a sale of between $1500 and $5000 in his mind, and possibly drooling by then, pushed the papers in our faces a couple of times, in spite of the fact that we explained very clearly that we were NOT going to 'invest' (to use the rep's words) any money in these products. We explained clearly that purchasing a vacuum cleaner and/or air purifier was not a priority investment for us at this time. I actually made a comment that I found the whole matter & his coercive manner to be 'criminal' in nature... Anyway, they finally left our home, but not until after the rep. called his manager/boss to try and make a deal on exchanging perhaps the Filter Queen product which we already had in our possession (it works fine...). He tried to make other deals, but failed to notice that we were not wanting to even consider a purchase, regardless of any deal. He was completely blind to the fact that neither my husband or myself were interested in 'buying' ANYTHING! Bottom line: offering a false prize worth $10000 in the mail and wasting 6 hours of our precious time, was DECEPTIVE & downright [redacted]! Conclusion: the offer was a [redacted]
first of all : I want to say that the product is just amazing.
I was stunned from the results that my eyes seen after the Majestic and the Defender systems, I really love my new two best friends that help me keep my home clean and the most important healty !
the representetive named Albert was great , very poliet , and very proffesional .

Albert came to my house on a weekend at a time of my choosing and gave a very professional display and explanation of the Defender air filter device.
Holy this equipment works...plain and simple
