unfortunately our toll billing process cannot begin until the tolls are reported by the toll authority. We apologize for delayed billing; it is truly out of our hands as to when the tolling authorities will report the tolls accessed during your rental period. As a one-time courtesy, we have removed the [redacted]® administrative fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund of $24.75 to be issued to the credit card on file. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and apologize for any inconvenience  this situation may have caused. I received a parking violation in the mail that I was never made aware of.

When I logged onto the site provided to pay, It is not a working site. It will not allow you to view the violation nor allow you to pay.

Makes me a little leery about sending it a payment.

It will be a M.O. for sure.
