I purchased a dress from this business online on June 21, 2019. When I purchased the dress the store had represented in facebook posts and elsewhere online that their return/refund policy was 30 days from receipt of the product. I finally received the dress on July 22, 2019 and found the quality to be severely lacking. Therefore, I attempted to use the store's website to process a return/refund. However, the website's return link did not work. I therefore reached out to the store via their customer service email on August 13, 2019 to request a refund. I received an automatic reply stating that they are experiencing a high volume of emails and therefore any reply will be delayed. This reply from the store also stated that their refund policy is 30 days from the date of the order, which is different than the store had represented elsewhere. Please note that I did not even receive my dress until after 30 days from the date I placed the order. I immediately replied to that email explaining this, but still have not heard back from the store.

I purchased three dresses from Auburn Rose Boutique on 6/29/19. I received the first dress on 7/16 and the 2nd on 7/20 and both of the dresses were of extremely poor quality & not at all as described. I contacted Auburn Rose on 7/22/19 as they had a 30 return policy posted on their website (and I never buy from a store that doesn’t allow returns. I received an automated reply saying they are very busy & reply again if you still have an issue so I restated in my second email on 7/22/19 that the dresses were of very poor quality & I wanted to initiate a return & if the third dress that hadn’t arrived was if the same poor quality that I would also like to return that one, too. I didn’t ever receive any response so I sent a 3rd email & have not received a response. I spent almost a $100 on dresses that look like they are worth maybe $10 & need instructions on the return process. Upon investigation, I have found hundreds of other customers with the exact same problem. Auburn Rose is scamming hard working American customers & deceiving them by sending cheap, poorly made clothing & not upholding their published return policy. It is not OK & they should not be in business.

Like many others, we've found, we feel as though we've been scammed by Auburn Rose Boutique. We ordered a few items in July and, after receiving them, my wife decided they did not fit right and wanted to return them for a refund. We followed the steps given in the order email and have sent 3 emails asking about how to go about returning the items for a refund. On each occasion, we receive an automated email stating that we'll receive a response from the company in no more than 72 hours. However, it's now been 9 days and there's been no actual response. Additionally, the automated email states that we can reach out via Facebook Messenger for a faster response, but there is no actual active Facebook page to do so. After reading other complaints and reviews, it now seems like we've been scammed like so many others. Plus, the 30-day return window is fast-approaching and we're afraid that we'll be stuck with items we don't want because the company has no legitimate interest in returning an email.

I bought a dress from this company. Quality is terrible, not what was advertised. They have a return policy on their website. When trying to return, I get a tracking number found. Company does not return emails. Company FB page is gone. No contact from company after multiple attempts. There are other women on FB claiming the same behavior of company about their returns.

Auburn Rose appears to be a Chinese scam. Please don't make the same mistake and order from them. The clothes are cheap and customer service seems to be nonexistent. The worst shopping experience I've ever had online and likely leaving me out of pocket for stuff that is truly essentially garbage.

Steer clear of this scam. Completely unresponsive to supposed customer service email address. I attempted to cancel my order before shipping and received no response. I eventually received the product from China almost a month after placing my order, and have now discovered that the link where you can supposedly initiate a return does not work.

The dress I bought was shipped straight from China, and was clearly a knock off from the photo on the website. The material is different than listed and is super cheap. I can’t wear this anywhere. I attempted to return it, but they never responded to my request. I left a negative review about the dress to alert others, and the review was deleted from their website. Only a five star review remains, which I HIGHLY doubt was left by a real customer.

The images of the clothing they are advertising have been pulled from Petal & Pul’s website. The quality of the clothes is beyond poor. It took 3 weeks to get my order - halfway thru shipping their website and Facebook page were taken down. Ie reported their page and several ads to Facebook but haven’t heard back. I’ve notified Petal & Pup that this “company” is ripping off their designs and pictures.

This companies merchandise does NOt evenly closely represent what is advertised online. I have attempted to get a phone number to request a refund and can not locate one. I have sent 5 emails and only get an automated response. I have learned through this incident that there are Facebook groups created specifically for consumers who have been scammed by this company. PayPal would not used me a refund.

The dress I received is low quality and does not look like the advertised photo. It took a month to arrive from China, but advertises to be located in Utah.

Dress is cheaply made knock-off of Petal and Pup (legit business) dress. Do not buy from this site. Many people never received their order and/or cannot contact the business to make a return or even talk to anyone. S.C.A.M. Beware!

Placed an order and while they've taken the payment, but now the tracking link doesn't work, the site is down, and their facebook page has disappeared as well. Such a scam!

I ordered a dress from this company. The dress is damaged and looks nothing like the picture online. I followed their protocol for initiating a return for a refund. They will not return my emails. There is no other way to contact the company.

The product came from China, cheap as ever! I have never in my life seen anything like what I received! I tried to process a return but the link is broken to make a claim.

I ordered a dress from the company, but once it arrived the quality was no where near what I was expecting. In fact, it is already starting to tear after wearing for only a few hours. I attempted to contact the company to return it, however I received an automated email response that wouldn't allow me to return the item. Their return policies make it impossible to return items, even if I could get in contact with them. I have also attempted to go to the website as I was instructed, but it is never working properly and I am unable to return the item.

Scam.. products are not as described. States they are in USA and ships you a product from China. I am still waiting to receive mine since 6/24. Attempted tracking and website is closed and now operating under violets sage

The quality of the items I received is not as advertised. I was ensured that the dress I purchased was lined and not produced in China, but it is the quality of a hospital gown and shipped from China. I requested info on returns on fb since the website states that is the best way to reach them. As per the website, customers have 30 days to return products. I was blocked from commenting or messaging through the Facebook page. I have written 8 emails and only today (the 29th day since placing my order) received an email stating that no returns are allowed on discounted items-the whole site is discounted! Please warn other consumers!

I purchased items. Upon delivery I decided they were of poor quality and wanted to return. The company’s return policy is 30 days and the website says to click a link to submit a claim.

1. The link is not functional!
So I emailed to explain that I have a problem and need assistance. I received an automated reply. I emailed again and again over the course of a week. No response. Then I noticed on the social media that they quickly respond to posts. So I posted explaining that I have not had a response and need help to submit a return. I also commented on another patrons post agreeing with his complaint towards service.
2. The blocked me from posting, comments and messaging!

So I sent an email suggesting I was a new customer and needed help placing an order. They replied immediately!!! Then I told them I actually needed help with a return.
3. Disappeared from contact once again.

I have still not been able to return my purchase $142.71!

I ordered clothing items online from the listed business. I have received part of my order but other items never arrived. In addition, the items were shipped from China and not from Utah (where the business is listed) and the items are very cheap and not as advertised. When I tried to contact the company regarding a return, I was send an automated email telling me to go to the website. However, the website no longer exists and several scam notifications appear when trying to get to the site. As a result, I am not sure how to proceed with a return since the company is not responding.

I never received a product ordered and in my attempts to contact Auburn arose Boutique, both their website and Facebook page are no longer in existence.
