No customer service. If you email you get a pre written email back. The clothes look different from the pictures and are a very cheap material!

Company claims to be based in Salt Lake City, Utah but products ship directly from China. Products are cheaply made knock offs and look nothing like the photos on their website. The company routinely deletes negative comments on their Facebook page and block commenters, so future shoppers only see positive interactions (which are mostly questions from potential customers, not those who have actually received the product). Company advertises a 30-day money back return policy, but upon requesting a return, tells customers their order is ineligible for return because you used a discount code when ordering. Company appears to change names frequently to avoid being linked to complaints and bad Revdex.com ratings. They were previously operating as Brielle & Co, and in fact my credit card was charged from that company, not Auburn Rose Boutique where I placed the order. None of this is made transparent upfront. A Facebook page for disgruntled customers of this company was formed last week, and already has 30+ customers in it, all with the same experience.

I ordered a dress from Auburn Rose after reading positive comments on their Facebook page. It took a while for the dress to come in which I expected but when it came in it was damaged. The color was also not as shown but I could live with it. However the rip in the front seam was significant.

I saw on their facebook where they were directing customers to email them in regards to issues so I sent an email but got an auto response to message them on Facebook. However, that is not an option. So I, like others, commented on the original post. I waited a couple days for a response before tracking down my comment only to find that it not only had been deleted but also that I have apparently been banned from commenting on their page. I opened a PayPal dispute and they claim that their spam filter must have weeded out my comment but owing two businesses myself I know that when a comment is marked as Spam you can still read it and it doesn't ban that person from the page. I have been watching their page and they delete all negative comments. I feel like they are scamming a lot of people.

I purchased a dress and a watch from this business. The dress is of poor quality, and the watch does not work. There is no return/exchange information with the products, so I emailed them per their web page. I received an automated response directing me to their Facebook page. I posted on their Facebook page requesting a domestic address for returns (products were shipped form China). I have emailed a second time and received the same automated response. Their web site now appears not to be functioning, and they have blocked comments on their Facebook page.

This business is a complete scam, stay away!! They claim to be located in Salt Lake City, Utah so you think you are supporting a small business but they ship everything from China and don't respond to any messages. They also change their terms of service as soon as you purchase. They have operated under the name "Brielle & Co" and Choco Cream". The quality of the items they sell is abysmal and look nothing like the pictures on their site.

I purchased an item on this site and the dress was a completely different color and style than posted. Made of cheap itchy polyester material, different buttons, belt. First, I tried to initiate a return. Then, I tried to contact them and they blocked my ability to message and comment on facebook (which is what they suggest to do) and deleted my negative comment on facebook. They are clearly running a scam. They also state they operate out of Utah but package came from China. It appears they changed their name from Brielle & Co which has many negative ratings to continue running their shady practices.

This business is a complete scam. The product does not come from Utah but is shipped straight from China and is terrible quality that does not look like the picture at all. Although they say you can return, they do not respond to any communications asking how to return. There are numerous comments on Facebook from customers with the same experience. There is even a group dedicated to get them off of Facebook and out of business. Please help.

Absolutely HORRIBLE products, and horrible customer service. Items listed for sales are stolen pictures and products are cheap Chinese imitations.

When trying to reach out with questions or concerns, customers on Facebook are blocked and their comments are deleted within minutes.

This company is Brielle and Co (rated F on Revdex.com) with a new name. They steal images from other clothing companies and post them as their own. The items they send you are counterfeit items from China that look nothing like what is advertised. If you leave a comment on their Facebook page, they delete it and then block you. When you attempt to return items, they refuse to respond to emails. On Facebook they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Any customer who has eventually received a response when a return is initiated is given a FAQ that states no returns are given for items that were discounted- their entire store is discounted.

I have been trying to reach them to return a very poor quality item. I cannot get anyone to respond. They also said they are US based, however my package came from Taiwan.
