Run, don't walk away from this business! Their salesman misrepresented their product to me five years agoHe told me that the system was eligible for a tax rebateAfter I opened a second credit card to pay for it and it had been installed, I discovered that he lied when I applied for the rebateI called the company"Sorry, he no longer works for us(click)" was their reply The heater didn't work, nor did the air conditionerIn the last five years, while this was still "under warranty"I have had numerous repairmen out to "fix" itOne said that it was installed incorrectly to begin withI believe himWhen I asked if the company would reinstall, they said "Yes, but you will have to pay for the labor...$2000." Even though it is under "warranty", service charges are $89...just to look at itThey inevitably find something wrongThe last time (they have to be called every time the weather changes), I was told that it was leaking freon$to find out WHERE additional $800fix

Nur is the nicest person that I have met in a long timeAlways on time and calls first so I have time to get dogs outsideHe is so professional in his workHe is always smiling and remembers my familyARS is very fortunate to have such a good person in their employment

Technician Gary S [redacted] of ARS Universal Marietta was punctual, remembered to cover his shoes before entering my home He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly made the necessary repairs The cost of the repair was reasonable Gary took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my air conditioning system and provided helpful advice about how to avoid problems with my system in the future In summary, Gary was simply great!

Thomas Ejust did a great job getting our HVAC up and running; it wasn't cooling at all until Thomas worked on it...I could now "hang meat in here"! Great Job Thomas...thank you!

Emailed manager John S [redacted] to explaing and never received a response nor did I receive the discounts they promised days waiting for promised service - weeks with NO air conditioning in May & June until they FINALLY got the correct part in to repair May 27th - contracted service visit; discovers issue paid $invoice and technician calls to see if part needed is covered under warranty - it is and all I need to do is call to "set up date for repair" May31st - Call to set up date after holiday- part has not been ordered (could have been the holiday or miscommunication that it was not ordered on 27th - I request the part be ordered immediately) June 9th - Head nothing; call upset as the part should be in; Told part is in the tech will be coming the next day (June 10th) between 1- Take the afternoon off work and wait for techAround 3:get a call that the technician is running behind but am assured the work will be completed that day - I called at 5:and speak with customer service representativePart was not in, was ordered week and day after my May 31st request June 11th - Receive calls at 7:am and return call at am and am told they tracked down a part and tech is in route to my home (told on Friday all warehouses were closed and no part would be available until Monday) Never contacted again that day June 13th - I call a couple of times this morning trying to get through due to high volume, finally get someone on the phone and they tell me a technician is in route to my house from NorcrossI left a work meeting immediately arrived at home and waited on the technician - he arrived with the wrong part June 24th - Finally repaired; they broke a UV light bulb and I have never heard back as they said they would come repair it

I had an amazing experience with ARS Universal MariettaThe service Tech Mac Bwas the technician that came to my houseHe was very educated about his job and made sure that we knew what was exactly wrong with our systemAnd then took the time to explain to us what had to be done and made sure that we were aware of the costs ectHe was very friendly and respectfulI would recommend him to anyone with HVAC in their home

This business is very shadyI purchased an Air conditioning unit for my home almost years ago I have a warranty for my unit that was very expensiveThe first year when the season changed, my units heat failed to work properly so I had to call the company to fix the issueNow it's summertime another season and I have the same problem with the air isn't workingI called the company and expressed that I really need my air conditioning to be fixed because my mother has breathing difficulty and oxygen tanks that need to be in a cool home to advoid any medical emergenciesThe repair guy came weeks later after I kept calling the company after he failed to show every time they were scheduledMeanwhile I did have to take my mother to the emergency room for heat exhaustionThe repair guy looked at my air conditioning and tried to say that my fuse was blown which was because all fuses were workingThan he stated that I needed a new Air conditioning unit and because mines was still under warranty I advised him thatHe than changed his tune and said I needed a new part for my unit but I would have to reschedule because he didn't have one handyI was told in days it would be fixed but to my avail days became 1week in a half after many phone calls and no showsI kept expressing that for medical reasons that my unit must be fixed without any concernNow at week 4, the repair guy arrived and advised that although my unit was under warranty and I have been going through nothing but unprofessionalism with this company that I would have to pay a dollar labor costLong story short this company does care about customers, they just want to make more money at any costs, even if it costs my mother's lifeDon't use this company if you want good honest customer serviceI'm very unhappy and will not use them again

ARS is always a wonderful company to work with. Our air conditioning cut off at 5 pm on Tuesday afternoon and ARS sent someone out to help us at noon on Wednesday. Carl was professional, helpful and very quick. He had our air conditioning on within 10 minutes of being at our house. We needed a part that wasn't on his truck, so he told us he would be about an hour. He was much less than that getting the part and had us back on track.

I wish to commend Maurice P, a service technician for ARS Heating and Cooling Atlanta, Georgia, for doing a great job in servicing my Heat Pump and gas furnace.

Yesterday, Mac [redacted] a service technician from Universal/ARS, serviced my heating units. I thought he was awesome. He was exceptionally thorough, respectful, and happy to answer my many questions. And he did not try to "over sell" me. Mac ** was exceptional. He set a high bar for his company and others and I wish all technicians were as good as he.

Troy P. with Universal/ARS Heating & Cooling of Norcross went above and beyond today to take care of my Electronic Air Cleaning system and service my furnace. He made two trips to my house and worked well past his hours to ensure all work was completed today. His knowledge exceeded anyone else I've had work on the Air Cleaning system that was installed in 2012 - he also found correct replacement parts no one else could find and as a result, I paid him to service my furnace while he was here. . His attention to ensure I could see/understand his work built trust. I highly recommend Troy P.

Was given a time for technician to arrive of between 2pm to 6pm Friday. Called at 6:15pm, was told I was "still in the que", and was led to believe a tech would arrive in the evening. Its now 12:12 Saturday morning, and no one has arrived, or called, and its hot as hades in here. Would have been happier with a "its not going to happen today", rather than having smoke blown up my [redacted].
