Auburn RV Park at Leisure Time Campgrounds

Emailed manager John S[redacted] to explaing and never received a response nor did I receive the discounts they promised.
17 days waiting for promised service - 5 weeks with NO air conditioning in May & June until they FINALLY got the correct part in to repair.

May 27th - contracted service visit; discovers issue paid $228.00 invoice and technician calls to see if part needed is covered under warranty - it is and all I need to do is call to "set up date for repair".

May31st - Call to set up date after holiday- part has not been ordered (could have been the holiday or miscommunication that it was not ordered on 27th - I request the part be ordered immediately)

June 9th - Head nothing; call upset as the part should be in; Told part is in the tech will be coming the next day (June 10th) between 1-5. Take the afternoon off work and wait for tech. Around 3:30 get a call that the technician is running behind but am assured the work will be completed that day.
- I called at 5:30 and speak with customer service representative. Part was not in, was ordered 1 week and 1 day after my May 31st request.

June 11th - Receive 2 calls at 7:30 am and return call at 9 am and am told they tracked down a part and tech is in route to my home (told on Friday all warehouses were closed and no part would be available until Monday)
Never contacted again that day.

June 13th - I call a couple of times this morning trying to get through due to high volume, finally get someone on the phone and they tell me a technician is in route to my house from Norcross. I left a work meeting immediately arrived at home and waited on the technician - he arrived with the wrong part

June 24th - Finally repaired; they broke a UV light bulb and I have never heard back as they said they would come repair it
