We are extremely apologetic for Mrand Mrs***'s experience with usWe completely understand their frustrationIt never ends perfectly for all parties when multiple people are interested in the same vehicle, at the same timeWe understand her resentment regarding the depositIn reality,
the other customer was in the night before and committed to the vehicle after the dealership had closedThere was no receptionist here to receipt her depositTherefore, the customer and sales manager made a verbal agreement on the transaction...as long as the customer came in the following day by noonWe explained this to Mrs*** while she was hereRegarding Mrs***'s frustration with submitting their credit information, this too was discussedWhen the sales manager discussed the scenario of the other interested party, it was agreed to go ahead and try to obtain financing...in case the first customer did not come throughUnfortunately, a credit submission cannot be retracted...nor can "the points be added back"We did however offer to finance them on an alternative truck and did send them a $gas card for their two hour drive. Again, we apologize for their experience!

We offer our sincerest apologies to Ms*** for her frustration during her recent purchaseWe were following protocol to obtain financing for Ms***We understand her frustration, and it is our fault for not communicating clearly that we would be sending her application to 4-
separate lenders to obtain an approvalWe have been in contact with Ms*** several times since her initial visit, and have reached a resolution she has acceptedThank you!

To Revdex.com:While I agree we owe them their $NSF money back I am taken back at the unsubstantiated claims that we are a fraudulent company and have taken money not only from them but from others. In fact I am taking this so seriously that if this allegation is in anyway made public I will
contact our corporate attorneys and take legal action for slander and liable against all parties involved. They comment on ***s lack of professionalism? I have witnesses that will attest to the fact that Mrs*** starting cursing and using the F Word at *** and Mr*** actually got in ***s face to the point the police were almost called as *** felt threatened. They both left the store cursing and screaming. Again I will refund them their $but they need to be held accountable for their over reactions as well. Either prove we deliberately tried to take extra money not only from them but from others as their baseless claims suggest or remove this complaint from our history and NEVER make it public.*** ***General ManagerAuction Direct

with new tires. We are unable to help at this point Thank you***

I am not sure what to say here It sounds like the problems have not been addressed to you satisfaction by the third parties you have taken them to? We have an account set up at the *** *** *n Orange Park if you would like them to try and diagnose? The store is closed and buying
the car back is not an option What are the companies that charged you for tires saying about their diagnoses being wrong ? If the Dodge dealer cannot diagnose a problem who can? Again the store is closed and is doing no more retail business what so ever thank you *** ***Director of OperationsAuction Direct

Thanks for Nothing, you should have put new tires instead of two My car almost flipped on I-and I could have been seriously injured or worse

Thanks for Nothing, you should have put 4 new tires instead of two.  My car almost flipped on I-95 and I could have been seriously injured or worse.
