with the Columbus Police Department and will respond again when confirmed. I am willing to make a monetary settlement when this is confirmed. Please be patient as this can take some time.Sincerely,Chris D[redacted], PresidentAO Auctions, International, LLC
Its not fair they failed to list the title status in the listing. I see they have since relisted the car and now have put that in the listing. Either way I won the car and they failed to follow through whith their end of the agreement.
Revdex.com:
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. As long as they follow through with what they say they are going to do. As of today there has been no response.

The check was mailed and for some reason delayed by the postal service. We cancelled that check and mailed another. The first check arrived after the second....that's the postal service for you. I trust all is well and willing to help any way we can. Thanks,[redacted] President
All bids have been retracted and account closed. Thanks,
We made changes to our vehicle listings as a result of this complaint. We have, by the Ohio Revised Code and BMV rules, up to 30 days to deliver title. I can't change the Probate Court requirements concerning the transfer of a vehicle. You're welcome to take up your argument with Judge Robert G. Montgomery. We did nothing illegal or unethical and in fact followed the requirements set forth by the court. We did not require the buyer to purchase the vehicle and resold it to another buyer. We wish the buyer well in their future purchase of a vehicle.
