AuctionMaxx locate at - Bartor Rd North York, ON M9M 2W, I have done several business with them with all seems to be some kind of deceptive add, the claim they have 14days return but they don't they always find a way not to accept items including telling you that they tested and is now working,they sell phone that can never be use with any network in Canada or USAphone that is only assigned to and locked to a company and sell it as locked phone.*** ***

Be aware that they don't honor the weeks warranty and the manufacturer warranty doesn't applyOverall the level of customer service is extremely poor and it starts with manager

Horrible Customer service, purchased a few units at different times, paid for them at once. Was late picking up 1 item so they reconsigned all my items. [redacted]. No were on there website does it state if you pay for the units together if 1 item was bought at a earlier date the the rest the the items have to be picked up 14 days from that date. It states that you have 14 days from the date of purchase. I purchased the other items on September 21, 2016 so it hasn't been 14 days yet, but they still reconsigned all of my units. Called and spoke to the owner, she was not helpful at all, [redacted]. Will never purchase anything from there again.

Auctiomaxx routinely overvalues the items listed for sale leaving potential buyers with the feeling they are getting a better deal. Photos and description do not come close to depicting the damages or issues for the items. I will now only bid on items that I can see once visiting the location in advance of auction closing.

I have been bidding and buying with Auctionmaxx for the past 3 months, I have had no problems with the items I have purchased. I find they provide accurate descriptions of the items they sell. The one time I needed to call they were helpful and courteous.
