We have refunded the customer, in accordance with our 45-day trial period. We wish the customer the best in finding the right product for them based on their hearing needs.

Audicus has spoken to the customer and resolved the issue with the issue described. The customer has been notified of this resolution on 12/**/2015 and is happy with the outcome. We have attached the proof of the refund as well as Don's response to the refund.

To whom it may concern: [redacted] purchased the hearing aids on 5/*/2016. Our 45 day trial period begins on the day we ship the hearing aids, which was on 5/**/2016. This means that the trial end date originally was 7/*/2016.The trial period is paused when we have the hearing aids in for...

reprogramming for repair. We pause it from shipping date to shipping date. We had the hearing aids in for reprogramming from 6/**/2016 to 7/**/2016, this was 17 days that we added onto the trial period. The new date for the end of the trial period was on 7/**/2016. This means that she would have to send us the hearing aids on or before 7/**/2016 in order to receive a full refund for a return. [redacted] contacted us on 7/**/2016 requesting a service request number to return the hearing aids. We informed her that she was out of the trial period. We told her both through email and over the phone that she was out of the trial period. We clearly state the conditions of the trial period on our website from the following link: [redacted]The terms of the trial period are also listed on the invoice as well. My Audicus hearing aids work great, comparable to those costing me 4 times as much. I have hearing loss for years and I have never been as pleased as with these.

Not really happy my hearing aides whistles and the ear buds come off very easy stays stucked in my ear have to get it taken out with medical help. They are not the best hearing aides.

My experience with Audicus was completely positive from pricing, to quality of merchandise, to customer service. As a first time hearing aid user, I had no idea how any of it worked and though the instructions that came with the product were somewhat vague, the person on the chat page was extremely helpful and patient in talking" me through getting started. And when I took a short online survey about the experience, they sent me an extra pack of batteries. Very positive experience all around.

Audicus has brought affordability to those in need of quality hearing aids. Kudos to Audicus!

Follow up was thorough and I am very pleased with the products. They work very well - and all for a fraction of the cost through a local retail store.
