Review: I purchased a Audicus hearing aid several years earlier and in July 2015 I paid $100 to Audicus to repair my Audicus hearing aid and it was guaranteed for 1 year. In November 2015, my repaired hearing aid failed to operate and I was told by Audicus to return my hearing aid to be repaired. Audicus recently send my an email and stated that they now longer will repair the hearing aid. I was told that they would give me a $59.99 discount on a new aid for $599. I refused and I would like to get my $100 refund.Desired Settlement: Return my $100 refund since Audicus will not provide the one year guarantee.

We are vey pleased with the hearing device from Audicus. We have friends with hearing aids that cost 5+ times as much and are not as happy as we are. There are 4 settings and and very easy to change from one to the other. Battery typically lasts 4 days at 10-14 hrs daily use. It costs about 10 cents a day to hear when batteries bought in bulk.
