I am rejecting this response because:
I did see [redacted], however, I did not receive a bill from them, as [redacted] has both my [redacted] and [redacted] information. When I received the call from the collection agency, all they could tell me was a physician at [redacted] had diagnosed a procedure. They were not able to tell me who ordered this and this is the first time that I knew who ordered this. All this could have been avoided if I had, FIRST RECEIVED A BILL AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS AS A RESULT OF A TEST DONE AT [redacted].I FEEL THAT [redacted], WHO I WILL CONTACT ON MONDAY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM ALL MY INFORMATION FOR RESPONSIBILITY OF PAYMENT.I feel that this physician didn't follow up on the info for billing that I am sure, [redacted] gave them.

We cannot respond to the complaint until the consumer signs the authorization to disclose information to the Revdex.com.  This is required by State and Federal Law. Thank you for your communication and informing us of this consumer's concerns. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, an item is on a consumers report 6 years from the date of last activity. Ms [redacted] paid the accounts on July 27th, 2016. We will report the status of the accounts as "Paid In Full"...

with a $0.00 balance in accordance with our normal reporting cycle. Many consumers are under the false impression that when they pay a collection account the item is supposed to be removed from their credit history, this is a myth. We have reported the item accurately as we are required to do under the FCRA. Under the FCRA guidelines these will remain on her credit report for 6 years from the last payment date. If you need additional information or have any other questions don't hesitate to contact me directly.

I received the documentation on 8/3 that was acceptable to pay the invoice. I appreciate all the help you provided to get me the documentation.
