Im not sure as to why my response is being rejected? I did not state that refrigerator isn't able to be repaired, only did I state that having a hard time tracking down the correct replacement part for the unit Also at this point of time I have been brought to the understanding by my staff that the warranty was well over months ago However I am still willing to help the customer out of pure kind gesture and help them repair the unit at our cost We want our customers to see us as somebody they can continue to come back to for future friendly business and help Thanks!

Reliable Great Customer Service Timely would Recommend for appliance repair.

I have no missed calls from you or text messages We didn't do any repairs to your fridge and you claimed it was fully functional You hired our business to do a exterior non-mechanical restoration but we were unable to do the restoration because I lost my employee who did the paint and restore work

I am rejecting this response because:This response does not ratify the situation that has occurred I contacted *** most recently via email (in one of the only times that I received a response) on April 22nd in which I was given the excuse as the store was changing locations Now I'm told that the relocation took two weeks and considering that I was told via email that this was occurring a month ago, this should no longer be an issue I do not understand how an extended warranty will make me feel any better about the situation, as my fridge has not been fixed in the last five months If I cannot be guaranteed a date by which this problem will be fixed, then I will not accept a resolve to this complaint I cannot continue to be patient to have this issue resolved, as I have tried to get an understanding as to why this was not being handled but was met with no communication If the fridge cannot be repaired, I expect a refund

We do not do refunds normally unless an appliance is deemed unrepairable I understand that the customer prefers us not to come repair the oven but unfortunately that is not how my establishment conducts business It is unfair for Austin Appliance to not be allowed to look at our unit
before being demanded a refund which we don't offer anyway As to the refund I offered I apologize but we were made unaware that my installation guys where going to have to do major fabrications to the cabinetry due to her old oven being a rare smaller size My install guys took a mere hours to do installation and a installation take 30-minutes In order to resend them out to take everything down that's what I seem is fair to me Thanks

We need to get a copy of the purchase receipt to confirm this is one of our customers due to the transactions nor the clients information is no where to be found in our system.  Thanks so much!

I am rejecting this response because:I wrote a detailed response to the seller's claim and believed that I had submitted it.  I wrote my response and submitted it on my phone; perhaps that accounts for the fact that it apparently did not register. Here is the seller's response. We do not do refunds normally unless an appliance is deemed unrepairable.  I understand that the customer prefers us not to come repair the oven but unfortunately that is not how my establishment conducts business.  It is unfair for Austin Appliance to not be allowed to look at our unit before being demanded a refund which we don't offer anyway.  As to the refund I offered I apologize but we were made unaware that my installation guys where going to have to do major fabrications to the cabinetry due to her old oven being a rare smaller size.  My install guys took a mere 3 hours to do installation and a normal installation take 30-45 minutes.  In order to resend them out to take everything down that's what I seem is fair to me.  Thanks My reply was that my previous oven was a standard 30" oven that came with our house; it was certainly not a "rare, smaller size." The installers arrived at 1:50 and were finished, paid, and gone by 3:20.  I have documentation to that effect.  They did not have to make "major fabrications to the cabinetry."  All they had to do was place a 2X4 under the oven, which took a couple of extra minutes; my husband provided the board and the saw. The reason the installation took a little longer than usual is because they were having difficulty keeping the electrical wire high enough so that oven could be slid into place. They talked about making a cut in the drywall behind the oven to assist them in this, but did not end up needing to do so. In any case, the fact remains that the seller blatantly misrepresented a 13-year-old oven as being 2 years old and I have documentation of this also.  The inspection sticker has a serial number that matches the serial number of the oven; it was not misplaced.  If the seller was genuinely mistaken on the true age of the oven (a gross oversight that is unacceptable for an appliance dealer), then he should be happy to offer a refund.  If he misrepresented the oven on purpose, he committed outright fraud and the courts will rule in my favor.  I have already consulted a lawyer regarding this matter. I apologize that my  submission did not go through.  Please re-open this case.  I can see on Yelp that I am not the first person who has been shoddily treated by this seller, nor am I the first person to lodge a complaint with the Revdex.com.  For him to be able to claim that he is accredited by the Revdex.com on his website is unacceptable. Sincerely, [redacted]
