I AM CONCERNED WHY YOU WOULD ALLOW THEM TO INSTALL A 1000.00 MODULE THAT YOU WERE NOT HAPPY WITH . MY UNDERSTANDING FROM THE VENDOR WAS YOU SPOKE TO HIM IN DEPTH ABOUT THIS MODULE AND YOU OPTED TO INSTALL IT. ONCE ITS BEEN INSTALL I HAVE NO OTHER RECORSE TO HELP. I AM SORRY . I HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE . WITHIN LEGAL LIMITS BY TX DOT . I AM SORRY YOU AT THIS TIME ARE NOT HAPPY .  I WISHED YOU WOULD HAVE CALLED ME PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION  WHILE YOU WERE AT THE VENDORS OFFICE FOR THE FEW HOURS YOU WERE THERE. I AM SORRY BUT I CAN NOT OFFER ANOTHER SOLUTION.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  The general sales manager contacted me by phone and it turns out that the vehicles that he reffered to in his response are base models and not XLT as advertised. He told me that he would be unable to honor the advertised prices. This holds true for the two models that I was interested in; both the [redacted] and the [redacted].I am confident that we can work something out in the future. However, for now, the advertised prices were not honored and so I cannot count this complaint as resolved.

Some how the stock #'s we had were transposed but we have rectified the issue. We have called the customer (Mrs. [redacted])and reached agreement on the original truck below the price on the internet. We have gone over and emailed all of the numbers as far as selling price, trade value, warranty, gap...

and drive out. We will be delivering the truck to Midland Texas to sign the paperwork and bring the trade back so we do not further inconvenience the customer.

  Please dont for a second think you intimidate me by choosing to go to the local authorities. Just because you choose to make childish accusations does not mean  i am easily intimidated like a child. I wish I could see the face of the authorities when you contact them and tell them that you had your feelings hurt & want to try and make an insult stand as a death threat. We sat with Mr. [redacted] and explained that a blind appraisal
over the phone would only be an estimate of actual value on the trade in, we
looked at all data on the trade once the vehicle was here and determined the
value to be a maximum of 23500.00 which he...

agreed to as long as we took
$12000.00 off MSRP, which we did.  We explained the drive out amount and
he disagreed and wanted 2000.00 less.  The numbers didn’t line up for what
he was asking, every manager looked at this deal including the General Manager
and we exceeded what we would normally do.  We were more than fair in our
negotiations and gave  Mr. [redacted] a deal we wouldn’t normally do but tried
to earn his business in every way.

I understand that my experience was due to the actions of certain individuals and not of the company. Again.. We performed an alignment and that is all.......if he has a issue with the vehicle suspension....I suggest he take it back to the people that did the suspension work.At this point we will not work on this car in the future. We suggest he take to another Ford...

Planet Ford 59 refunded customer 100% of the money he paid for the repair order. The concern has been closed..

The salesmen were aware of the problem the health care worker had with needing a reliable car at a low monthly payment as she could not afford the high payments.  They kept telling us for approximately two hours that they were working on the best deal they could get us.  While this was going on, they added equipment to the and a lot more things that no one heard of.  They told us we could get a 1.9 percent rate from the bank we had been doing business with which was another lie.Any dealer that will treat a poor woman that way knowing what the situation is should be warned for old people like me and a black woman to watch out and not get caught up in their sales pitch.  I have heard fro other people that they tried to do this to them but they caught it.  They told us they could not take those things off the cost.We will never purchase another vehicle fro a Randall Reed dealership.

THE SALES PERSON GOES TO THE DEALER WHERE THE VEHICLE YOU REQUESTED HAS IN INVENTORY .  WE THE DEALER THEN PURCHASE THAT UNIT WITH A COST TO US THE DEALER .  YOUR EMAIL TO MICHAEL THAT YOU SENT ME SAID YOU WERE GIVING HIM 50.00 FOR HIS EFFORTS  EVEN THOUGH YOU PURCHASED ELSEWHERE .   DEPOSITS TAKEN FOR DEALER TRADES ARE USUALLY NON REFUNDABLE ONCE WE ARRANGE TO PURCHASE THE UNIT . THE DEPOSITE IS A GUARENTEE FOR PURCHASE.   MR KRAMER REFUNED THE DEPOSIT ANYWAY LESS THE MONEY YOU CLEARLY STATED IN YOUR EMAIL TO GIVE THE SALES PERSON. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE  KRISTI WILLIAMS

I AM SORRY YOU HAVE BEEN HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU.  AFTER I SPOKE YOU THIS MORNING YOU BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN FOR US TO CHECK OUT. AFTER CHECKING OUT THE VEHICLE  I CAN SEE FRESH DAMAGE TO THE WHEELS AND UNDERCARRIAGE , SOMEONE RECENTLY HAS HIT SOMETHING IN THE VEHICLE .  IT HAS FRESH SCRAPES UNDER CAR  .   PRIOR TO SELLING THE VEHICLE TO YOU WE PUT 2 BRAND NEW TIRES ON THE FRONT END OF THE VEHICLE NEITHER ARE ON THE VEHICLE NOW. .  ALL OF OUR RECORDS AND CAR FAX SHOW NO PREVIOUS DAMAGE.  SO I AM SORRY TO SAY WE CAN NOT HELP WITH YOUR REQUEST ALL PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO THE SALE SHOW THE VEHICLE IN PERFECT CONDITON.  SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS CLEARLY SHOWING NEW DAMAGE.

These are the ones that I copied for my benefit, there are some others.I realize that I will not get her payments lowered and my wife and I will help her make them.  I do not want to pull the complaint because I believe that if they will pull this on her knowing her situation they will pull it on anyone they can.  I just want to let the people know that they need to watch every thing they sign with Randall Reed Ford.  They spent a long time telling us that they were working on the best deal for her and we believed them.  They added more than $10,000 to the car that made it impossible for us to get a loan at a lower rate.I know that I made a big mistake by believing they were trying to do the right thing because after all they are car salesmen and did a very good job of making us believe them.  We had purchased the other car from them and were treated very well.   They made her think that the high millage on the car would cause her trouble in the near future.  The said they would probably have to sell the car at an auction which was not true.If Revdex.com wants to pull the complaint they can but I prefer it remain.  I don't see any reason to continue this back and forth with them, so you can handle it any way you like.Thank you for your trying to help.Regards, [redacted]

 I could dig up and screen shot the email where I told you to have the check with the receptionist and you got childish and threatend to call the police if I came. So I told you to mail it then. You can cause me of being dishonest all you want. I've proven my points with opinions like the ford racing parts sales rep & your aftermarket guy. Your service writer is the one who lied to me & you're the even bigger liar giving up for him with your one line trick "it has aftermarket parts". The little one liner that your service department uses to wash it's hands clean of when they don't wanna take responsibility.

The customer requested to purchase a van.... THE CUSTOMER requested the van they wanted....We sold them the van....5 days later.......They came back and said this will be work for them. The customer came back into the dealership 3 different times and we tried to help them with a...

different van or vehicle. The customer would not take white...They want a more expensive van for the same money. The customer is making false statements and we have turned over to our attorney.  We are will to swap the customer out of the van but the customer will not take anything we have. At this point the customer is making false statements and we will proceed with our attorney. Chuck K[redacted]
