to ID [redacted]   Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom it may concern: The product was purchased on 2/24/2016 and our company sent an email to the client ([redacted]) that it would take about 30-33 days.  We had advise the client of the turnaround time on phone when they called in.   on 3/28/16 the client had called in to get an exact date of when the record was mailed out by the local municipality.  We made contact with the Town Clerk in [redacted] on 3/30/2016 and sent an email to the client advising that the record was physically mailed out to them on 3/28/2016.  As of 3/30/2016, the client has not emailed or called us to check on the status of the record.  We have considered this order processed and completed. We are a very reputable company who has a professional customer service department. We don't use the Revdex.com as our 3rd party customer service department. Sir:
I contacted this company in a reasonable time to
cancel all transactions. They rushed the process
through to bar any last minute cancellations on my
part. Even as I talked to the person in charge
it was early the next morning, they had it done.
As for the document arriving on time - It came late some 3 or 4 weeks later not 2 weeks as they claim.
I have the email corespondenses and the dates I
contacted this company should they still deny
this complaint.

I believe that there is some confusion. Allow me to clarify. You did place your order with Archives 6/30/15 @ 8.50am. The email that you received was confirming that you signed up with Archives to order a record. It was NOT to confirm any contract to get the marriage record.
On 7/1 at 6.59 am the marriage record was processed and in process. Because we obtain the records directly from the courthouse where they are housed. On 7/13/15, the requested document was mailed to you.
When you say that it has obvious errors, please articulate what the errors are and we can research further with the court.

Dear Sirs:
There is quite a bit of confusion in this matter.
Firstly, This company spokesman is wrong about the email. It was not sent on 6/30am as proposed
but pm and not confirmed. Secondly,This is a known scam disquised as a legitimate company.
Why else would they rush the process through so
quickly, even while I was cancelling the request.
There is a consumer law stating there is a 3 day
return or cancel policy on all business dealings.
This is bad business in any case. Since I have
already settled with the credit card company, I
don't think we need to go any further than to red flag this company to protect other customer from the same frustration and inconvenience.

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by the customer service department, in an email that I would be refunded $48.95 of the charges. They said that with the exception of $15 which was a service fee, I would get the rest back credited to my card. This has not happened.

[redacted]   Dear Stephanie Sudduth:   Hi, in response to complaint we would like to clarify the issue.  The order was placed by Mr. [redacted] on 1/10/2016.  An email was sent to Mr. [redacted] to complete the required documents and mail them to our office.  Our office received the documents on 1/21/2016.   On the same day we sent an email to Mr. [redacted] that it would take approximately 10-13 business days.  The record was shipped to Mr. [redacted] on 2/5/2016, which is the 11th business day.  It was shipped by the local carrier service Lone Star, tracking number [redacted].  Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] did call while the order was still being processed and we advised them that it takes approximately 2 weeks. We are unable to specify exact dates as the processing time varies depending on the work load at the County Officials office.  However, based on experience, we can provide a relatively close approximation to our customers. We do have an open door policy where a customer can speak to a supervisor or even the CEO if they wish.  However, when a call is escalated above the supervisor, your question may not be answered immediately.  The agents and the supervisor are the employees who are in direct contact with the County Officials daily and have the most current information for you. In addition, please be aware that in our current day and age, vital records are becoming an important aspect in people lives where they need it to complete certain task; therefore it has become very busy for the County Officials.  In our office, we strive to provide the most current information for customers and seek to provide the fastest processing times available.
