How do you run a company and not communicate with your customers
Placed an order on May 8, never received, tried contacting them and never received a response. I'm not sure this is a legit company, there is no way to get in touch with them. I tried email, faxing and calling, and I have not received a response.

Sit and Spin never received
I ordered a sit and spin for my son on November 22nd and saw on the check out page it would be delivered by the end of November. It is shipping through FedEx but when I check the tracking number it says "label created, will provide delivery date once shipped." How could it be 2 weeks and still not shipped? After reading similar reviews of products not recieved or empty promises about getting the product, I am over it.
I want this order canceled and a refund issued in full.

Spin Disc
Received a Spin Disc from Autism products.com. It was a defective return which was repaired with a pice of Pvc pipe around the spindle of the top bearing. Contacted the representative of Autism.com who happens to be Kelly the daughter in law of Mr. Dexter Clark, who is the Engineer who created the Spin disc. Told a replacement would be sent. After communicating with Mr. Dexter Clark himself via cellphone, he told me himself he would send a replacement. Never received! He also told me they were trying to strengthen the area of the molded plastic around the bottom bearing where my 35 pound daughters Spin disc broke( after 2 minutes of use). He also asked me to send him pictures to his cell phone of the broken Spin disc. I obliged and he told me a replacement was coming. Well it has been over a year and I have received nothing.

Spin Disc
Received a returned broken SPIN DISC. Tried to talk to Autism products.com they said they would contact the shipper who would send a replacement. The shipper just happens to be the Father of the owner of Autism.com ( Mr. Dexter Clark). Mr Dexter Clark is the Engineer of the Spin Disc. I was told several times from both of these parties I would be sent a replacement. It has been over a year nothing. I was even contacted by phone by Mr. Dexter Clark I talked to him and he asked me to send him pictures to his cell phone of the broken spin disc. He also told me that they were trying to strengthen the bottom area of plastic around the bottom bearing where my daughters spin disc had broke. That is why it had a piece of PVC pipe around the spindle.He told me he was sending a new one. Lol Never heard from them again.

This company is scam
They take your money and never send you the product. The sold me a ball pit for my practice for over $1700 and never shipped me the item. After emailing them 10 times, they finally told me the item will not be available for 4-5 months after they charged my credit card in full. This company is a scam and should be out of business.
What a shame! Do not buy from them. Save your money, time, and energy. Believe me I never write nasty reviews. But never seen a scam like this for a very long time

Still missing 3 items from my order
I would not recommend this company. I have reached out multiple times in regards to where missing items are from my order. I was told the first item would be shipped any day and the other 2 were on a slight back order. 2 weeks later I still have none of the items and Kelly (the owner I assume) ignores my requests to cancel the unshipped items. I have requested a refund no less than 3 times. My order dates back to March 11th. My last correspondence was 5 days ago asking for the backordered unshipped items to be refunded. Kelly still has not responded nor refunded those items. The item that was shipping out the next day and was to be expedited is still not here and no tracking info in regards to it shipping. My autistic son has been begging for us to put up his swing for nearly 3 weeks. I have asked Kelly to just cancel the item (the one that has been shipping any day for 2 weeks) if she cannot ship the item so we can just buy the required hardware elsewhere. I guess she would rather string me along to not lose the sale rather than allow us our funds back to stop the turmoil my son is going through. I would never order through this company again and I'd warn everyone I can about the way business is handled.

I cannot figure out how to edit my review so I would like to state that the item that was shipping anyday did just arrive finally. I am now missing two items from my order. The items that are on slight back order that I have requested be canceled and refunded for nearly two weeks.

Product had a one week lead time and the customer selected ground shipping Customer filed this complaint after business days I have credited the customer in full

After almost weeks I have no answers until I send a message about contacting The Revdex.com, which apparently this company has many complaints and disputes withI don't see why the site states that they are accredited when the Revdex.com's site proves otherwise, This is very frustrating, and ridiculous! I have a special needs child who has been in need of this swing for a VERY long time (ASD, SPD)I was just able to afford it after months of saving as I am a single mother with VERY limited income, and I have nothing to show for itMy CC was billed and the money was taken out same dayThey can take our money but not give us our productsAlso the account I made was never created on their site, she had to create a whole new one, which I still could not access, trying to get them to respond in a timely manner doesn't happen

I ordered a sensory pea pod for my autistic son on oct and it is October 20th still no product or tracking number I was promised a larger one due to it being back ordered still no tracking number she says that she will try to get my product out today only excuses and delays from this website I need my money back in full this was supposed to be a birthday surprise and now thanks to this website the surprise was ruined
