As soon as I learned of the problem I credited the customer for the item.Sorry again for the mistake![redacted]

I placed an order for a Body Sox from this company on May 27th. I received an email receipt from paypal and no invoice from the company. My card was charged as well. I sent numerous emails and only now June 3rd received a response from the seller stating that they received no such payment. Do not purchase from them unless you want to go through the headache of a dispute.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. ...

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I ordered a sensory pea pod for my autistic son on oct 1 and it is October 20th still no product or tracking number I was promised a larger one due to it being back ordered still no tracking number she says that she will try to get my product out today only excuses and delays from this website I need my money back in full this was supposed to be a birthday surprise and now thanks to this website the surprise was ruined

UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT MY RESPONSE TO SELLERS COMMENT WAS THROUGH Revdex.com; UNTIL I LATER FOUND OUT IT WAS A PRIVATE MESSAGE AS TO WHY Revdex.com CONTINUED TO ASK ME FOR A RESPONSE. TODAY 3/19/14, I CALLED IN TO Revdex.com AND THEY HAD INSTRUCTED ME TO FORWARDA COPY OF MESSAGE BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES DATED 3/18/14 TO THE REP HANDLEING THIS CASE / UPDATE MY RESPONSE ON THIS POST. THE COPY OF 318/14 MESSAGE FORWARDED TO Revdex.com INDICATES PROOF OF PRIOR / EMAIL RECEIPTS / COPIES OF SELLERS FULL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF SHIPPING ISSUES / CONTACT NUMBER LISTED-LEFT VOICEMAILS / QUOTED TRACKING AVAILABILITY DATES THAT WERE NOT COMPLIED WITH; LEADING TO THE FILING W/ THE Revdex.com. SELLER HAS RESPONDED AS OF 3/19/14 IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE WITH ANOTHER APPOLOGY; AFTER REVIEWING MY COPIES OF COMPANYS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MENTIONED ISSUES.

* 3/5/14 - PRESENT EVERYTHING REMAINS THE SAME .... I HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED ON MY PRODUCT NOR HAS IT BEEN MENTIONED BESIDES AN APPOLOGY.....I FEEL AS THOUGH IM STUCK ON REPLAY MODE  

The sale was credited on December 27th.  I am still sorry and will discount anything the customer wants to make up for it not making it by Christmas.

I ordered a communication device from this website on 5/4/2016. When I had not received it after 10 days (the normal shipping time), I emailed. Kelly responded and let me know that the item was backordered and that the website indicated that the item was backordered. The website stated that the item would be available in May. I emailed her back and asked when I could expect to receive the item and she has not responded since 5/16. Now the website states that the item will not be available until July and I have not received a response to any of my recent emails asking when I can expect to receive the device.

I just saw your Revdex.com complaint and am terribly sorry!  I searched for emails from

you and I don't see anything.  I also don't know of any phone numbers

that I have listed on the website so I don't know where the voicemail

may be.

Product had a one week lead time and the customer selected ground shipping.  Customer filed this complaint after 3 business days.  I have credited the customer in full.

Sorry again for the delay!

After almost 3 weeks I have no answers until I send a message about contacting The Revdex.com, which apparently this company has many complaints and disputes with. I don't see why the site states that they are accredited when the Revdex.com's site proves otherwise, This is very frustrating, and ridiculous! I have a special needs child who has been in need of this swing for a VERY long time (ASD, SPD). I was just able to afford it after months of saving as I am a single mother with VERY limited income, and I have nothing to show for it. My CC was billed and the money was taken out same day. They can take our money but not give us our products. Also the account I made was never created on their site, she had to create a whole new one, which I still could not access, trying to get them to respond in a timely manner doesn't happen.
