their investigation would take 8 business days to complete. There has not yet been enough time for [redacted] to complete their investigation.  The [redacted] lost package investigation will result in either the package being found and delivered to you, or lost without the possibility to find it.  At that time we can take appropriate action.

We understand that you are upset about the seat covers not being found at your home as the tracking indicated. We are equally troubled that the item is not in your possession, however we are working with [redacted] to have this resolved. We do not know if [redacted] mis-delivered this item or if it was in fact stolen from your front porch. We currently do not request a signature for packages unless the customer asks for that service, as issues of this nature are rare.  The phone cal we have asked you to make is merely a formality in the [redacted] investigation process. The [redacted] representative merely wants to confirm who you are, your address, that you did in fact order this product and also to just confirm that you are aware that this was reported lost. In this day and age anyone can call [redacted] or [redacted] and claim to be the shipper of the package and then state the customer did not receive it in an attempt to get a false credit to their account. We are not like that at all and we are following the protocol set forth by [redacted] to ensure our credibility, your credibility and their credibility. More than likely, this was stolen from your property and in that case [redacted] can and almost always will pay the claim and no one loses out. Again, please note that what we asked you do was merely a follow up with [redacted] to ensure they complete their investigation. We ask again that you please contact [redacted] by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS and reference your tracking number of [redacted] so they can reopen this investigation and pay the claim. Believe it or not we are trying to work with you to determine what happened to the package and resolve this issue. Our goal truly is customer satisfaction, we just have to follow the same procedures for everyone in an effort to conduct our business on the most ethical level.

I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by [redacted] and wasn't given the chance to respond. The claim was closed without me time to respond. There was no signature delivery and you state it was delivered correctly. Why leave something of that value without no signature delivery. I've alrwdy purchased somewhere else. Provide me with a refund or I will escalate this.

Mr. [redacted] ordered a full set of [redacted] Digital Fit Floor Liners and Cargo Liner for his 2017 GMC Acadia (New body style, 2nd row bench seats, no 3rd row seats).  The Cargo Liner was indeed incorrect for his vehicle; our site was incorrect for the Cargo Liner; the 1st and 2nd row Floor...

Liners were listed correctly.Mr. [redacted] contacted us initially to return the Cargo Liner only and we processed his request to return the Cargo Liner, and sent him a return shipping label for the Cargo Liner, at no cost to him for the return shipping.He later stated he wanted to return the Floor Liners as well, even though they DO fit his vehicle.  We processed his return request for the Floor Liners, sent him return shipping labels for the Floor Liners, and deducted the return shipping cost for the Floor Liners only from his refund  in accordance with our return policy, as there was no fitment or quality issue with the Floor Liners.We do value Mr. [redacted] as a customer, and in consideration for his inconvenience and disappointment in receiving a Cargo Liner that did not fit his vehicle, we are refunding him the $30.61 cost of the return shipping for the Floor Liners.

We are very sorry for the error in our warehouse that caused your order to be shipped incomplete.Your second and third row [redacted] Floor Liners shipped on Friday, Sept. 29, 2016 (3 days after the first row liners shipped) and are scheduled to be delivered by UPS tomorrow (Tuesday, October 4,...
