[redacted] went into our Store # 709 - Covington, KY yesterday and received $45.00 - one hour's labor money that he was requesting. Mr. [redacted] also signed a customer satisfaction form. [redacted]

Revdex.com: The district manager is a stand up guy. Its refreshing to see a manger actually care what customers think. He took my concerns very serious. and I could tell he made it clear to the employees, because this time they were professional and treated me the same as he did.  Thank You.

talking about.  Speaking of Barb, Im pretty sure she's the person I spoke to about the rude employee at the West chester location. And she did absolutely ZERO!! She's lazy just like the other employees. doesn't do her job.  Just from the one conversation I had with her, you can tell she had no plans to help the situation. she had a condescending attitude. And the guy that recently called me said something about a credit, but I have to call the previous owner of the truck and have him verify his account. THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS!!!  either give me a credit or don't give me a credit. why do I have to bother my friend?  this guy it just trying to see if I'm scamming for a new battery. All they  did was make me hate the company even more. he should have just said bring in the battery for a exchange and nothing else. AutoZone is lying about a credit was given. OR should I say BARB is lying. I reject this statement from AutoZone.
