As discussed yesterday morning before this complaint was submitted, we were going to be paying your first weekly payments for the time spent without the vehicleAs discussed today, we will be paying your first weekly payments as well as delivering the vehicle to your home

In response to Mr*** complaint, the client came to us looking for and automobile loan and we were able to secure him an approvalThe client picked out his vehicle a *** ***After a test drive was completed the client walked around the car and noticed a dent over the left rear wheel
wellAuto Drive One and the client agreed to have that particular dent fixedAuto Drive one wrote up a slip that both our company and client approvedAuto Drive One has since done the work requested by the client and we have all necessary documents to show the work was doneThis particular vehicle has 57,miles on it and is in very good shape for the year and mileageSo we are not sure what the client is speaking aboutWe told the client that upon pickup of the vehicle he would have to call the bank to verify he had taken deliveryThis is common practice with the particular lender that approved his application and is not dishonest at allThe bank requires a phone verification to ensure the client is actually in the car.Furthermore, when the client came in to pithe vehicle and asked to cancel the deal, Auto Drive One agreed and we told him to come back Monday to sign documents releasing him from the loan and to get his deposit backSo not sure as to why he complained to the Revdex.com?

We heard from you earlier this year when you stated you were having issues with your vehicleAt that point, you were out of warranty by a few months and had put a significant amount of mileage on the vehicle, but we still offered to diagnose your vehicle free of chargeYou never brought the
vehicle to us and we have not heard from you sinceHowever, we will still diagnose your vehicle free of charge and allow for you to use our discount at your expense on any repairs needed

*** owner has confirmed that your statement about bringing the car to them to fix first is falseThey have no interest in incurring a cost on repairs, nor did they ever state they wouldOur original offer stands to buyback the vehicle

Please find attached a document that *** *** *** will ask *** *** of AutoDriveto sign so that *** Bank can "unwind" this car loan. The *** *** (VIN#***) is being driven back to the AutoDriveDealership at this time. The only thing different on this vehicle is that it will have mileage from when *** drove from home to work or from the dealership to home or vice-versa.When *** gets onsite he will be asking for the Dealership to cancel the car loan with *** Bank, take back possession of the *** *** and return the *** *** VIN# ***, with only the *** State Inspection Sticker missing (Inspection Sticker was good until 1/2016)(which AutoDriveDealership removed the inspection sticker without authorization from *** Jayden ***).*** will need the signature(s) in order to clear this matter up today.Thank you for your assistance.

While we are unsure of how a mechanic can fix a vehicle "temporarily" for approximately 30,miles, we were still trying to assist you in trading out of the vehicle before this complaint was submittedWe have tried to contact you twice since this complaint was submittedWe were attempting to
locate a third row SUV that you stated you needed that fit within your approval and budgetAt this point, we can continue working on the trade in process, but we do need communication

We mentioned to you on Saturday that we would have fixed the vehicle and as long as it was dropped off at our locationYou did not bring the vehicle to us for it to be fixedWe send our vehicles out to third party reputable mechanicsSince you have already completed the work without our mechanics
looking at the vehicle, please fax the repair order to usWe will quote the work with our mechanics and send you the amount we would have been charged

Please note: I contacted the *** Police each time not *** *** or anyone else from AutoDrive1. The first time was because *** *** told me that he had his co-worker as his witness and I was alone and feeling vulnerable. Second time: Then on Monday (which is when the police officer told me to return to the dealership) I did bring my friend (who is the person who had previously purchased a vehicle at AutoDrive1)At that time *** reneged on what he told the officer, which again I was told to leave. This resulted in my bothering the *** Police once againI was told that the paperwork to cancel the *** *** sale would be ready for me to sign on Tuesday and to come back at 12:00pm. Third time: Tuesday, I arrived at 12:00pm (as instructed by the police) but there was no paperwork for me to sign to cancel the car loan. AutoDrivewent and registered the *** *** and got new plates for the car (again against what *** *** told the police office he was going to do). I was also told to get my *** *** off their car lot. Again, I was told to get off the property and the *** Police were called again So Yes, I have been verbally instructed by *** Police not to return to AutoDrive***; However, I have nothing in writing. Also, I was professional and did not threaten, swear, or take any other unprofessional action against *** *** or anyone else at AutoDrive1.As for *** *** who was very unprofessional and as soon as he told me to leave I did so and did not return until the police officers gave me the okay to do step onto the property. Ihave no intention of returning to AutoDrive1, nor did I want to be there on Saturday, Monday or Tuesday; but because of the lies and deceit of the dealership I had no other option, unfortunately

As you are aware, we told you several times that we would fix the vehicleThe mechanic has also told you that they would need the vehicle early in the day so that it can be diagnosed and parts can be orderedYou must make an appointment to drop of the vehicle in order for it to be

We offered to take the vehicle for the *** inspection that your insurance agent requires prior to them insuring the vehicleWe also stated that we would give you the $to get the vehicle inspected (meaning you would take the vehicle to get inspected)The only reason you do not have the vehicle yet is because the vehicle has been tied up at the *** dealer waiting for a partWe did get the vehicle back and will be delivered todayWe have been informing you every step of the way and have done everything in our power to get you into the vehicle as soon as possible

I am writing in response to the answer that AutoDrive1 in [redacted] has submitted regarding Revdex.com Complaint # [redacted].  I ([redacted] Jayden [redacted]) spoke with [redacted], salesperson for AutoDrive1  a few times on Saturday, August 29 after learning that the car loan, which AutoDrive1...

applied for on my behalf through [redacted] Bank, did not include the $4,173.78 balance which was still owed on my 2004 [redacted] VIN# [redacted]. When I spoke with [redacted] he then informed me for the first time that “the 2004 [redacted] VIN# [redacted] was not taken as a trade-in.    I even drove to the dealership to give the 2013 [redacted] SE back to AutoDrive1 and take back my 2004 [redacted] VIN# [redacted]; but [redacted] told me that I couldn'thave it back until Monday even though it's not part of a trade.  The reason was because they have to cancel the financing contract, even though according to [redacted] my 2004 [redacted] VIN# [redacted] wasn't covered under the financing contract. If my [redacted] was not covered under the financing contract and the vehicle is trespassing on their lot then WHY did [redacted] take possession of the 2004 [redacted] VIN# [redacted] with my keys, tell me that he did not need any paperwork on the car and then removed the inspection sticker sometime before Saturday 8/29; would that be considered vandalism by AutoDrive1?    I contact the [redacted] Police Station Saturday, August 29 and Officer [redacted] arrived and did take a statement from me, as well as witnessed that the car was missing the inspection sticker.  My [redacted] State Inspection Sticker was good until February 2016. Side Notes: And not to mention that they had to do a second purchase contract because they didn't do the registration within the 7 day transfer time. Also, [redacted] told me outright before I call the [redacted] Police Station that it doesn't matter what I say, his coworker was right there and will go along with his story.I furthermore will be picking up the [redacted] VIN# [redacted] later this afternoon as long as I am made whole.  Which was promised by [redacted] when he told me that the contract with AutoDrive1 and the bank loan through [redacted] Bank would be voided.[redacted]

Regards, I spend to much money on this car ... I purchase it in good faith ....I can't spend no more money on this SUV ...n the [redacted] diagnostic the car ..n the cost of the fixing is  6,200 ....that's 2 much money.... the reason why I haven't been there cuz the SUV it's been in n out of the shop ....  this car is a lemon SUV .. I want auto drive one to fix my SUV  without no coset n Refound  me the money that I have spend fixing it .... or give me  all my money back ... or ...... exchange the SUV for a different car ..for the amount of this SUV that I'm paying it should not give me no problem beside maintence n oil change brake n simply things at lease for 3 year  ... n I feel it was a scam they took long to register the SUV this way my Water told expire
