I will gladly address and respond to your complaint Your first statement of you requesting to "return the vehicle within hours and it is the law" We have no record of you asking us within hours to return your vehicle, and it is NOT the law in the State of New York There is no cancelation policy when it comes to purchasing a vehicle You as the consumer with a new car or used car are protected by the New York State Lemon LawIt seems this is a situation of buyer's remorse The complaint doesn't state anything regarding why he believes he is due $12,000.00???? The customer purchased a X5, requested us to switch vehicle's rim with another Xwe had in stock We agreed to do so but when inspected the requested Xrims it had cracks in the rim We explained this to the customer and showed them We offered as a courtesy new tires and new Sport rims they agreed and took possession of the vehicle We the next day send the rims for repair and ever since sold the vehicles There was nothing wrong done on our end We made no promises that were not kept Customer came in on Sunday and just left the vehicle behind Customer took possession of the vehicle, signed all documents There is a no return policy, we have made many attempts to let the customer know that if she does not pick her vehicle up the financing institution will repossess her vehicle The vehicle has been registered and is in process of being titled to her She is the legal owner of this vehicle.?
