I am rejecting this response because:I never received a copy of my contractI asked for a copy several times during making my paymentsEvery time they couldn't give me a copyDuring the contract signing I was advised that if any reason I couldn't make payment or needed to have my money back I would get it back but minus the down payment of $He advised me that it'll be easy simplely come back an let them know of my situation an they'll deduct the down paymentWhen I finally met with the owner on December 17th He never mentioned anything about a total non refundWhen we met he talked about I wouldn't get my total amount of $1,He advised me of his financing company flooring fee would have to be deducted from the amount along with the down paymentOnce I found out that the financing company he was talking about had let go of Auto Expo a few months beforeNow the Owner John is claiming I signed a contract that (which I never received a copy of) states a no refund policyThis is not how a owner of a LLC in the state of Ohio is suppose to conduct himselfHe keeps Lying an making up different stories just to keep my $1,I'm thinking a complaint to the IRS should also be filled in regards to fees being applied from company That he's no longer apart ofI just want my $1,back an be done with this nightmare companyBeen trying to get my money back since October

To Revdex.comMr [redacted] signed a binding contract/purchase order to purchase MiniCooperWe have been holding this vehicle for him to pay balance of monies due as contractually agreed to This vehicle was taken off the market for Mr [redacted] as he kept making paypments toward the down payment required Mr [redacted] signed a contract on 11-15-that clearly states "Non-Refundable Deposit All monies paid will be applied to this vehicle & No refunds." This was clearly written on contract and Mr [redacted] signed in (3) separate times on the contract & layway form agreeing to such termsHe can pick up this vehicle when the balance of monies are paid and NO refunds will be given back as this vehicle has been held for over a year for him to pick upHe can pay the $still due and pick up the vehicle that he contractually agreed to purchase over a year ago & take off the lot before storage fees are applied

Sent: Wednesday, September 28, 8:PMSubject: Case# [redacted] The customer [redacted] turned away our foreman from her property and did not allow him to properly assess any issues or to make any repairsThe homeowner seemed to already have their minds made up about using someone else to fix any potential issues/leaks that seemed to be coming from their atriumWe also completed extra interior work at no additional charge which the insurance company did not coverWe added texture to the walls of her living room so that it may match with the new texture on the ceilingThe customer was very unreasonable complaining about dust from the texture and did not allow for us to show them a completed projectAll areas of the interior were prepped with plastic and tape, they wanted reimbursement for a ceilng fan that was simply dust covered and was fine once cleanedAlso, the customer did not pay their full deductible due to our company as wellThere was extra work that our company completed for free on the exterior as wellWe attempted to go and fix any potential issues but we cant do much when we are turned away from their propertyPlease feel free to contact us with any questions, thank you Anthony C [redacted] Prestige Restoration LLC Katy Freeway Suite

5-22-15Dear Revdex.com,Ms [redacted] has numerous inaccurate statements in her responseFirst, she states she has paid almost $towards the vehicle when she has paid $down and $in paymentsSecondly the vehicle was repossessed since she was behind and we have (7) documented times where we left messages and no one picked up or returned the callsShe has not made a payment since 4-7-and she is current (3) payments behind and soon to be (4) behindWe do not prey on people and we have been in the same location for years with thousands of vehicles sold! If Ms [redacted] wants her vehicle back we can give her a current figure to get it out, otherwise her slanderous, unfounded claims will no longer be replied to as they are and highly slanderous.Sincerely, [redacted] **Auto Expo

Unfortunately, there is nothing more to add to the situation that happened with Mr [redacted] According to previous complaint, I thought he never wanted the car back from us, but if he interested to have the car back more than welcome to contact the dealership to make an arrangement Thank you,

Sorry to hear that Mr [redacted] had to complaint to Revdex.com about this matterUnfortunately, Mr [redacted] had breach the sales contract by not performing accordinglyHe had violated the contract by failing to provide vehicle insurance (page of the contract) and being default on his installment payment ( page of the contract)All of this were explained to him in person when he came to the dealership on 04/18/to make his late payment for month of MarchHe promised to provide the insurance same day later (04/18/2015) by phone since he did not have the information with him at the timeMr [redacted] was also well aware of the difference between late fee charge and being default on payments on the contract since this was explained to him several time (please see attached activity report)After several communication and attempt to collect the insurance, he still failed to comply his promises and the terms of our sales contractUnfortunately, we had no choices but repossess his vehicle, which was recovered on 04/25/2015.At this point Mr [redacted] can get the vehicle back before we sell it by paying the entire amount he owes on the contractThis amount is currently $4626.90, but may go up if our expenses go up (please see attached file for the letter sent to the buyer)Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional information Sincerely, Auto Expo Houston

[redacted] , filled the application to finance this vehicle with Auto Expo on 03/27/2017, I Adam, got her approved and attached is the approval with the price clearly at $plus all the fees, taxes and registration added on The down payment was $for the approval which I got for her Then, she came and understood that the price of the vehicle was $and took a purchase order from Gino and got only a discount of $for being a [redacted] customer and we give her the warranty free of charge I am attaching the approval which shows the prices Gino, when giving her a purchase order made a mistake when entering the numbers [redacted] , knowing took advantage of an honest mistake and run with it Then I spoke with her and explained the situation and she did tell me that she knew the price was $and that she only got a discount of $150, but yet knowingly did not tell Gino that he had made a mistake on the price by a $ When I talked to [redacted] she told me that she will talk to her and husband and call us back to send us a check for $ [redacted] never called so I tried calling her she ignored my calls and texts She clearly wants to take advantage of an honest mistake We are an online dealer we simply do not have a mark up of $to then negotiate a $ The market value on the vehicle is $it only has miles on it with all the featureshttp://www.autoexposales.com/used-2006- [redacted] -Luxury-Premier-manassas-virginia-***/flyer/ [redacted] All we are asking is to split the difference of $and send us a check for $ This would be the fair thing to do to correct an honest mistake

Dear Revdex.com,We have contacted this customer and offered her a warranty on the vehicle at no cost to help her outAfter notifying her of this, she stated she was satisfied with the resolution we offered herShould you have any other questions, feel free to contact usThe warranty is through [redacted] Corp & paid for already.Sincerely, [redacted] Auto Expo

I called this dealer at a.masking for a specific Jeep Liberty I saw advertised on *** I spoke with *** (the ***), who told me, yes, that car is available I had a long conversation with him about the fact that the car was for my daughter - her first car There was NO doubt which vehicle I was talking about I told him I would be in later that day Lo and behold, when I went in a few hours later with my daughter, I was told the car was sold - a long time ago Typical bait and switch tactic and I fell for it Of course they tried to show me other vehicles; however, I will not do business with liars Buyers beware - these guys are dirtbags Lied without even slight hesitation, which tells me they are very experienced liars

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The statements made by MrC*** are untrueWe paid the deductible according to the contract (*** *** *** *** *** ***)He was contacted several times with regard to the roof leak and didn't respond (*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***)MrC*** then sent a man over, which he falsely represented as his Foreman (employee) several weeks after we had originally contacted him regarding a severe leakThis man stated he was not an employee but a subcontractorAnthony C*** (Owner of Prestige) does not directly employ any of his laborers which is NOT what had told us when we agreed to contracting PrestigeNone of our damage was covered by Prestige's insurance because they insure only worked performed by MrC*** personally and not his subcontractorsMrC*** grossly misrepresented these laborers as employees and thus insuredThis man stated he was not Prestige's Foreman, not employed by Prestige and not insured by PrestigeHe was an independent contractorThis is why we refused to allow him to work on our property. MrC*** told us his workers were insured and even gave us a copy of the policy but this was untrue according to his insurance carrierNone of these workers were insuredHe completed a screen over our atrium at 'no charge' to make up for the work he couldn't perform (resetting the siding)He did not complete hanging the gutters (his worker left the property to get 'parts' and never returned)We asked him several times to provide us with a complete breakdown of work performed and costs but he refused to do soWe also asked for receipts for materiasaid he would supply this when the job was completed and he 'got back to the office', but he did notWe have an itemized list of what the insurance company paid forWe would allow MrC*** to return to the property to complete the work and any required repairs once he gives us a breakdown of cost and materials (which he should have supplied prior to beginning the project) and provides adequate proof of insuranceWe would like to have the vents and flashing that he was paid to replacePlease contact us MrC***, we have been waiting several months
MrC*** stated that he would pay for the fan replacement both in person and in an email, but did notHe asked to be given a a copy of our receipt for the replacement with our final paymentHe cashed the insurance check, but did not reimburse the fan replacementHis worker did not cover or bag the fan prior to removing the ceiling or applying the new texture (*** *** ***)The fan was inoperable (according to a licensed electrician we hired to replace it) due to the debris and dried texture material inside the motor (*** *** ***)I don't understand why he claims it was fine when cleaned, it was never cleaned, we had an electrician remove and replace it AFTER MrC*** saw it and agreed to pay for it's replacement because IT COULD NOT BE CLEANED and posed a fire hazard. MrC*** was paid to move all of the furniture in the living room but his worker (who gave us hours notice prior to beginning the interior project) was unable to do so and only partially covered some of it, as a result much of it was damaged (Photo's available) A great deal of damage was done and I called MrC*** and told him this worker would not be allowed to continueMrC*** came over and saw the damage at that time and asked us to allow the worker to continue and reassured us he would take care of the damageWe only asked for reimbursement for the fan replacement and nothing for the paint stains or texturing material on the carpeting and furniture, etc. Prestige was paid the entire amount from the insurance company, a total of $(copies of cashed checks available) per our contractI don't know why he states otherwise or why he gave us a receipt stating ''Paid in full"Please feel free to contact us for any further proofWe have photo's, cancelled checks, contracts, inspection reports and receipts to verify our claim. We only asked for reimbursement of our actual costs for the repairs which we feel is reasonable in order to avoid litigationAgain, please contact us MrC***.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
Regards,

Sorry to hear about the complaint about *** *** and the late response, since this complain was submitted 07/16/and we were not aware of this till nowLooks like Ms*** was communicated with Auto Expo Houston and she voluntarily returned the car to the
dealership. As of now I see that she has no open account with usThank you,
Auto Expo Houston

Their website advertises vehicles for $2995. When you call or stop by they are no longer available or it was a typo. Go to the website andlook at inventory 10+ cars are listed for that purpose price and none are available or already sold. SERIOUSLY. That many typos or you sold that many cars since they last updated their website.

Thank you,

I was excited to purchase a jeep for our daughter's college graduation in June 2016. We went to Don the owner from AutoExpo in Huntington, NY. We test drove a 2011 Jeep Liberty. My husband notice the sensor light was on the and steering was off a bit. Don the owner said whatever was wrong with the jeep will be fixed before purchased. We purchase the jeep , within 24 hours the jeep broke down. It needed head caskets. We were without a vehicle for 2 weeks, with no loaner car. We get the car back and my husband notices the sensor light on again. He called Don the owner several time to get the jeep fixed. Don never returned any phone calls back. We took the jeep elsewhere to get fixed. It cost us additional $250.00 to fix the front wheel alignment that's why the sensor light was on. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DON THE OWNER FROM AUTOEXPO TO PURCHASE A JEEP.
