Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]...

Sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] had to complaint to Revdex.com about this matter. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] had breach the sales contract by not performing accordingly. He had violated the contract by failing to provide vehicle insurance (page 3 of the contract) and...

being default on his installment payment ( page 4 of the contract). All of this were explained to him in person when he came to the dealership on 04/18/2015 to make his late payment for month of March. He promised to provide the insurance same day later (04/18/2015) by phone since he did not have the information with him at the time. Mr. [redacted] was also well aware of the difference between late fee charge and being default on payments on the contract since this was explained to him several time (please see attached activity report). After several communication and attempt to collect the insurance, he still failed to comply his promises and the terms of our sales contract. Unfortunately, we had no choices but repossess his vehicle, which was recovered on 04/25/2015.At this point Mr. [redacted] can get the vehicle back before we sell it by paying the entire amount he owes on the contract. This amount is currently $4626.90, but may go up if our expenses go up (please see attached file for the letter sent to the buyer). Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional information.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Auto Expo regarding complaint ID [redacted].
This business has done absolutely nothing to attempt to resolve this complaint. They have not contacted me with any...

offer of resolution whatsoever and have continued to ignore my messages requesting resolution. I have been very patient and understanding, and am only requesting simple resolution in writing and in accordance with state law, however this business has been non-compliant. This is the single worst transaction I've ever had the misfortune of being involved with, which has necessitated contacting the police and state attorney general office, among others. I would still like to resolve without having to pursue legal action, although that is seeming more and more unlikely. Sincerely,[redacted]

Sent: Wednesday, September 28, 2016 8:10 PMSubject: Case# [redacted]    The customer [redacted] turned away...

our foreman from her property and did not allow him to properly assess any issues or to make any repairs. The homeowner seemed to already have their minds made up about using someone else to fix any potential issues/leaks that seemed to be coming from their atrium. We also completed extra interior work at no additional charge which the insurance company did not cover. We added texture to the walls of her living room so that it may match with the new texture on the ceiling. The customer was very unreasonable complaining about dust from the texture and did not allow for us to show them a completed project. All areas of the interior were prepped with plastic and tape, they wanted reimbursement for a ceilng fan that was simply dust covered and was fine once cleaned. Also, the customer did not pay their full deductible due to our company as well. There was extra work that our company completed for free on the exterior as well. We attempted to go and fix any potential issues but we cant do much when we are turned away from their property. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, thank you.   Anthony C[redacted] Prestige Restoration LLC 11757 Katy Freeway Suite 1300

Review: I purchased the car less than a month ago, and the check engine stays on I took it back to the dealership and all they did was reset the check engine signal because as soon as I drove it home it would come right back on and now the car wont start. I had to call my insurance to tow the car back to the dealer. I'm making payments on the car and my 30 day warranty is over in two days. Ever since I got the car it been more of a burden then a pleasure. The car has 154,000 miles and it is a 2007 grand jeep Cherokee, I also took it to the shop and my mechanic said they are putting used parts to fix the problem. please is thee anyway you can help meDesired Settlement: Refund. I've been going back and forth to the dealership trying to get them to fix the problems before my 30 day warranty is over and they had just gave me the run around without fixing my vehicle I would like them to either fix my vehicle properly or a refund. Please and thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

I called this dealer at 10 a.m. asking for a specific Jeep Liberty I saw advertised on [redacted]. I spoke with [redacted] (the [redacted]), who told me, yes, that car is available. I had a long conversation with him about the fact that the car was for my daughter - her first car. There was NO doubt which vehicle I was talking about. I told him I would be in later that day. Lo and behold, when I went in a few hours later with my daughter, I was told the car was sold - a long time ago. Typical bait and switch tactic and I fell for it. Of course they tried to show me other vehicles; however, I will not do business with liars. Buyers beware - these guys are dirtbags. Lied without even slight hesitation, which tells me they are very experienced liars.

Review: Vehicle was purchased from this dealer on March **. Vehicle was paid in full with credit card which the owner of the dealer had agreed to accept and which was fully processed. Owner of the dealer now refuses to hand over title of vehicle until I repay with a bank check. I hold the bill of sale certificate and any other required proof that the vehicle was paid in full.Desired Settlement: Dealer needs to hand over vehicle title
