I went into Auto Gallery not knowing anything about the business. I was greeted by Emily who helped me find the vehicle in which I was interested. Quinton helped me with questions about the vehicle's history and some of the features about the vehicle. The experience at the dealership was welcoming and inviting with no pressure to buy.

After having had pressuring salespeople try and sell me something I didn't want, Emily's approach in making me feel welcome, customer service in terms of helping me find the right car for me, and her transparency in explaining everything within the deal is the right way to do business. Wonderful experience! Throughout the entire purchasing process I never once felt pressured into a sale. Darryl answered all of my questions, got me set up for a test drive, and let me go on my merry way to think about it. After one night I had made up my mind and went in to purchase the car the next day. John with the financing department was also a pleasure to deal with. I had been on the hunt for a Ford Escape for about 9 weeks. They are extremely hard to come by since I needed a 2012. That was the last year they made the square back end.
Newer versions are not suitable. I need room as a ceramic artist for hauling stock and tables. I went to almost a dozen dealerships. Sometimes driving clear across town for nothing. I was called picky at one and felt that I was being pushed into unrealistic payments that exceeded my budget. Seemed like no one was listing; showing me trucks and vehicles too small. It was becoming quite stressful.
AUTO Gallery was different. No pressure and found what I needed. I got to break in the youngest addition with my purchase.
James was very attentive. I even got to do my test drive on my own...like an adult!
