Auto Gallery of Winnipeg

I am so happy with my new purchase from the Auto Gallery. After my car was written off in September, I was pretty stressed about finding a new one. I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. This dealership has a relaxed atmosphere and doesn't at all feel like the traditional fast paced pushy environment you would get at a big chain dealership. This meant a lot to me as a woman. I will definitely be back in the future when it's time for a new one! And a big thank you to Larry for going above and beyond when I brought in the car to do rust protection.

I purchased a vehicle back in 2008 from Auto Gallery and had a great experience with them at that time. In 2017 my son went to Auto Gallery to buy a truck and had the same salesman, Larry. Then about a month later my daughter had an accident and I called Larry to let him know that we would be coming down to look at some vehicles for her. She had wanted a particular one,however, it just wasn't the proper fit for her so Larry worked with us to look at other options. She picked the 2nd one we looked at and loves her car. We both had an excellent experience with them. About 2 weeks later we had an issue with the tire on her car, a big pothole on Pembina, and we had bought the extra tire coverage as my daughter doesn't have good luck with tires. We needed to use it already, however, a certain service department in Winnipeg provided lousy service and when we brought the car in to do the rust protection to Auto Gallery, Larry felt terrible that we had such bad service from another dodge dealership in the city that he surprised us with a gift certificate from ***. All I know is that Larry goes above and beyond and we truly appreciate it and when it's time for my next vehicle I know where I'll be going!! Also since both my son & daughter went to Auto Gallery from my recommendation I received two $100.00 cheques from them for the repeat business...a nice bonus!!

My boyfriend and I just purchased our first vehicle from Auto Gallery after being recommended to them by several people. Larry took care of us from the very beginning: he made sure we had the car report before our visit and made himself available for any questions. Test drove and bought our car the same day, and the Gallery took great care to get the car ready for us! We had a few issues with the car a week later, and they were super prompt and professional fixing them. Great bunch with a great sense of humor!

I honestly can't say enough positive words about our experience. Right from the moment we arrived to the final purchase of our car our entire experience was pleasant, friendly and 100% stress free!! We can't be happier with how we were treated by the entire staff here. Thank you !!!!
