Ms [redacted] recently contacted us and was inquiring about trading in her current vehicleWe informed her of the process of bringing in her vehicle so that it could be appraised and if necessary, often times a portion of the negative equity can be carried over and included in the financing of the next vehicleThis would, however, depend upon her credit and other factorsOnce we appraised her vehicle, we informed her that the finance company would not be able to finance the entire balance owed on her tradeShe would be required to put additional money down to cover the balanceShe was not happy about this and we certainly understood her frustration Unfortunately, we are only the dealer and we have to go by what the lending institutions are able to do and are limited to their restrictions We would be more than happy to send Ms [redacted] a $gift card to compensate her for the gas money spent in coming in to our dealership

To whom it may concern: In regards to the above complaint, at the time of the customer’s original purchase we were a Carfax Certified Dealer, and posted all carfax history reports on our website, and would also provide a copy to the customer when asked as wellSince then, we have left carfax and became an Experian Autocheck dealer, as the autocheck history reports tend to have more accurate data regarding the history of the vehicleOnce the customer brought her concerns to our attention we worked with her to resolve her issues and traded her out of the vehicle todayShe left our dealership satisfiedAuto House has close to 10,customers and strives for 100% customer satisfaction

Auto House is sorry to hear that the customer is upsetThe customer did purchase an extended warranty that covers a lot of itemsWhen calling the warranty company it appears their has yet to be a claim filed on her vehicleHer warranty was good up to 60,miles on her odometerCan you please
have the customer contact our service manager to try an process the claim assuming she is not over on the mileage of the warranty she purchased their should be no issues with the warranty company fixing the repairs that are coveredOur service managers name is Jason A*** 704-638-or ja***@autohouse.com is his email. I have text messages stating they would pay off my carThey text message I received was that they could absolutely pay off my carThey lied to me just to get me to come all the way thereThen once I got there...the guy that had been texting me miraculously disappeared when I showed up that dayI don't feel that $is a good enough offer.

There was to b hard inquires on the same day and I can beat auto has no signed application by me please remove this one inquire auto house made two and I don't no why. This need to be removed. There is no need for me to call because I'm going to say the same thing thank you very much

I am rejecting this response because: please provide proof of authorization either in writing or electronically. As I know we did not give. Me and my wife told two of your people not to pull our credit. I am not happy about the law being broke. I called and now writen you about it. Proof of authorization will be good. Since then, we have left carfax and became an Experian Autocheck dealer, as the autocheck history reports tend to have more accurate data regarding the history of the vehicle. Once the customer brought her concerns to our attention we worked with her to resolve her issues and traded her out of the vehicle today. She left our dealership satisfied. Auto House has close to 10,000 customers and strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

We always obtain authorization either in writing or electronically before obtaining consumer credit reports on any customer, and do apologize for any miscommunication that you may have had at the dealership. Unfortunately, we would be unable to remove any hard pulls from your consumer credit bureau,...

however if you dispute the pull to the credit bureau we will not contest, and should be removed by the bureau. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to call or email and I will be glad to help.
