Review: My experience at Auto House was not worth my time, my miles, and gas coming from [redacted]. Let me tell you about auto house the service is useless it just a making money business never mind about the customers. I purchase a vehicle about 2 months ago it take about 2 weeks to receive it because of the filth the minivan was in, so we never even test drive the van. Well as a said 2 months now and check engine light came on I called they said bring it down so they can look it over, so I left my van over for few days they said the coil and plugs, okay I pickup my van just to have the check engine light comes back on again. I bought back my van, then was told 5th cylinder after they fixed the 2nd cylinder and now head gasket and some other issues which they should have known about. Now there talking over $2000 to fix this van I don't have that, I am a mother with 4 children and this van is our means of transport. I believe they took advantage of me and selling me a LEMON it's 2 month and now they expect me to pay for a vehicle that I did not have the benefit or enjoyed. And the way they give me the run around from the sales department. They just did not care.Desired Settlement: For them to pay for the repair of the vehicle.
