Review: I purchased a vehicle from Autoland in [redacted] VA, on 3/17/14.

We have given them the money that was needed in purchasing the vehicle.

They had our vehicle for about two weeks to make repairs that they said would be taken care of.

None of the repairs were ever fixed. When we picked the vehicle up my husband expressed that he was disappointed that they had the vehicle for as long as they did with nothing fixed.

The dealer then started to get in my husbands face and yell and say inappropriate things in public for everyone to hear.

We took the vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they told use that the inspection was not proper and would need to be

repaired and re-inspected.

Needless to say the vehicle needs a new transmission and is barely drive-able.

I have been in contact with the loan company trying to get out of the loan and return the vehicle but that seems like we are stuck with it.

I will never refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

They are very unethical and unprofessional, they should not have a dealers licenseDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded in the amount of 2000.00 because I am going to have to pay that to fix the problems with the vehicle,

not including a replacement transmission.

Plus for the inconvenience of being without the vehicle functioning properly.

HELLO

FIRST OF ALL SHE HAS BOUGHT THE CAR "AS IS " MEANING THERE IS NO WARRANTY AND DEALER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPAIR,AND SECOND IS ,SHE HAS NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE(ON THE LOAN) SO THAT CAR IS GOING FOR REPOSSESION AND SHE HAS NO OWNERSHIP OF THE VEHICLE ANYMORE.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:We were informed that for 30 days we would have repairs done and taken care of by the dealership. The dealership had the vehicle for 2 weeks weeks making "repairs". That were never fixed. The vehicle was NEVER up for repossession according to the loan company, which the dealership has nothing to do with. They were paid already by the loan company [redacted].The vehicle has been returned based on the decision made by the VA STATE DEALER BOARD.This dealership is looking at 3 counts of criminal charges due to illegal sale of this vehicle. All of the people at the dealership are crooked and should never be allowed to sell in the state of VA ever again... They are all fraud and beware of buying a vehicle from them. You will drive away with a piece of junk.Thank GOD we are no longer having to deal with them.

Response:

as I mentioned before she bought the vehicle

'AS IS' which dealer is not responsible for any repairs ,there are few forms signed by her in that regards, and second she never made any payment to the bank ,therefor the vehicle was repoed due to payment delinquency.

thanks

Review: I purchased a 2002 [redacted] on july 18th 2014 the car needed Virginia state emissions and the salesman PJ assured me that it would pass and he would do the necessary work to remove the check engine light that was on and the overdrive light that was continuously blinking non stop, I was asked to come back to have these issues repaired I went back and I was asked to come back again because the mechanic was very busy and I did not have an appointment, I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the mechanic was very busy again, I waited and when the mechanic was able to look at the car he noticed that the sway bar link bushing was bad and needed to have another one in it's place he also noticed that the transmission fluid had been leaking very bad, he checked the fluid level and added about 2-3 quarts, he said that the engine mount bushing was busted and I looked and saw where the frame of the car was rusted from the front to the back and that was causing the engine to move back and forward and lose transmission fluid from the transmission pan, the salesman Pj and another employee named Kat both came to look at the car and then they refused to repair the car, the salesman named Pj walked toward me and then tuned away and then walked toward me again and he had his fist clinched up tightly with a strange look on his face, as he was coming toward me he said that he was not scared of me and then he threatened to disconnect the starter enabler, I called the [redacted] County Police Department and they transferred the call to the [redacted] City Police Department Officer [redacted] answered and I explained what was going on to him said if no one is hurt then he can not do anything, the salesman name Kat came to me and asked me who I was talking with on my cell phone, then he turned away and went back in the office, I finished the call with the Police officer and the employee Kat was returning back outside and I sat down inside the car and explained what happened between me and Pj the other employee and I also let Kat know that my car was in the garage for over an hour and the Mechanic let the engine run so he could inspect a few things and their was no gas in the car now, Kat gave me 10 dollars out of his own pocket and apologized for the rude treatment I had been shown and asked me to come back before the Temporary license plates expire, I submitted a complaint with the Revdex.com about this situation and no-one responded to me.Desired Settlement: I would like another vehicle, I have already began making payments to the finance company, and from what I can see this car is ir- repairable the damages will exceed the vehicles value so it is negative equity for me to keep this vehicle, the finance company has already approved the car and the total value I will be paying is $5500.00 the car, my 1st payment is due on August 17th, 2014 it is $240.00 I made the payment the day after I had the car and while I was waiting to have the dealership repair the vehicle, they salesman named Pj said that he would give me another set of 30 day temporary license plates if I have not repaired the vehicle before the current temporary license plates expire

I have went to the Autoland used auto dealership after Kay's final Statement to the Revdex.com of “if [redacted] is not happy with the car then he can bring it in and he can exchange it, as soon as I go to the dealership the salesman named Kay said thal he does not intend on giving me another car, in exchange of the 2002 [redacted] that I financed and if I would like he can add the cost of repairing the [redacted] on to the price of another vehicle after the salesman named Kay knew that the 2002 [redacted] brought needed repairs to perform at the normal driving conditions and he knew this from the day I brought the car and he asked me to come back after I scheduled an appointment with the mechanic and their would be no parts I would have to purchase and no cost I had to pay for the needed repairs, I have contacted the Virginia Attorney General [redacted]'s office and spoke with the consumer rights department and I was advised that if the Auloland used auto dealership has Stated that they would make these repairs that were needed before I purchased the vehicle or if they have said that they will exchange the vehicle that I brought with another one then why is the salesman named Kay being so verbally abusive saying things like get the hell out of my dealership and off of my property and using profanity towards me and telling me that I need to straighten out the complaint that I wrote to the Revdex.com because it makes the Autoland company look bad, was at the dealership on Friday October 31st 2014 and the dealership closes at 7 pm I Waited from 5 pm until 7 pm asking to speak with Kay regarding my vehicle and ther. I asked where was my vehicle parked at because I had Liberty towing tow the vehicle to the Autoland used auto dealership on Sunday October 26th 2014 located at [redacted], Va. and called inquiring about the vehicle and asking for a status update and for 5 days and was told that it was being taken care of, finally after waiting 1 week I went their on the Friday of October 31st 2014, and after waiting almost 2 hours Kay called me into his office and said he had the car taken to his storage lot and then when I let him know I was going to remove the license plates and turn them in to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles Kay said that I could not pick up the license plates until Monday November 3rd 2014. asked why and he said because the storage lot was about 20 miles away in [redacted], Virginia, still in [redacted] County, I then called the local [redacted] City Police Department and 2 officers arrived on the scene and let Kay know that I am entitled to my license plates and where is the vehicle, Kay said the car is across the street in the parking lot, to the officer and I said if you had of been honest with Tie would have been gone from the dealership, Kay was mad and Pj was Mad, I asked how did my vehicle get moved from the parking lot of the dealership where watched the tow truck driver drop it off at, and Kay lied and said that it was never towed to the dealership, l arm riot happy with Kay's service and would like to have another vehicle or my money back, I called the [redacted] Finance Company November 3rd 2014 because they are the lien holders and I explained the situation the Repossession Dept. the lady working was married Miguelina [redacted] and she scheduled a pick-up of the car and said it would be considered an involuntary repossession, I am current on my monthly payments and I will sul be able to make any other payments because the car is a Lemon, and it was a Lemon when I brought it, I have bc.cn given the name and number of the towing company that will be coming to pick up the car, it is called the [redacted] for Towing([redacted] I was advised that someone would be Contacting me before 3 pm today. Kay is trying to avoid the fact that the car was malfunctioning and defective when I brought it and he wants to say that I have to pay him more money in order for him to give me another vehicle, I let Kay know the day I brought it the car that it needed repairs and it must be repaired as soon as possible, he was assuring that the repairs were easy for his mechanic to do and the repairs would be done, just needed to schedule an appointment with the dealership. I do not know what went wrong with his customer Service especially after I brought him the money that he asked for in the initial down payment, I would like to have this letter placed in with Kay's final statement in the complaint I have filed against the Autoland LLC used auto dealership, please feel free to call me at 571 247 2559 or email me at [redacted] if you have any questions or need any other pertinent information, Thank you very much for your perserverance on this situation and all of your hard efforts [redacted].

Review: I bought a [redacted] form Auto Land Sales LLC last month. Everything looked fine on the car but within days the radiator sprung a leak. It turned out that there was a patch on the radiator that had burst. The patch is very new and I believe was made by Auto Land Sales LLC just before I bought the car. They have not denied this either. I asked if Auto Land would sort the problem, which they agreed to. However it is unreasonable for me to drive for an hour and half to their garage with a leaking radiator so I had to fix the problem locally. When I went back to Auto Land Sales LLC to settle the bill they ignored me. I can not get hold of them even now to progress the issue. I have not even had the car a month and I belive that Auto Land Sales LLC should help with the cots of the repairs.Desired Settlement: Auto Land Sales LLC to reimburse repair costs of $752.96.

Hi Customer bought the vehicle without any warranty and all the

Review: SHORT VERSION: I purchased a car from Auto Land on August 23, 2013 drove it for 409 miles, and the engine blew up. I was promised an aftermarket warranty, which I was never permitted to purchase (because of an alleged computer system malfunction) . After being given the run-around for months, Auto Land manager agreed to send me a check for $1800 (the absolute most he said he could possibly do) to cover a portion of the repair costs in order to replace the engine. He still hasn’t sent the check, said says he is no longer going to. The engine was replaced and the car still does not run.

LONG VERSION: After calling several times over the course of a week, and being assured each time by Salesman ** that he personally drove the 2006 [redacted] I intended to purchase and that it was in excellent running condition and 100% mechanically sound, I drove 284 miles from home to purchase the vehicle. When I took the car for a test drive, the low fuel light was on, so I couldn’t take it very far to test it out. Within the first block of the test drive, the check engine light came on and the passenger side window motor was found to be broken. Auto Land mechanic checked the engine code and said it needed an Oxygen sensor. First point: Obviously **’s assurances that the car was 100% mechanically sound were false.

I was assured by the Auto Land mechanic that the Oxygen Sensor was the only thing wrong with the vehicle. (I called my mechanic to price changing the Sensor and fixing the window regulator.) I was assured by the Auto Land mechanic that the car was safe to drive. That the mechanic personally worked on the vehicle and inspected it, and the sensor was just a freak thing to go wrong at the time.

Upon purchase, I asked for an extended warranty. ** showed me the warranty information from [redacted] Warranty and quoted me a price of $300 for three months or $1200 for a year. However, Auto Land’s computer system went down during the sale, and ** had to fill out all the paperwork for the car by hand. He said since the computers were down, I could call sometime during the following week and purchase the warranty. When I called the following day and asked for **, I was informed that he no longer worked there, that the day I purchased the vehicle was actually **’s last day of work. I was then told that I could NOT purchase their warranty because it had to be done at the time of sale.

After several days of calling Auto Land trying to speak with a manager or owner and getting the run around, my newly purchased vehicle shut off while driving, and it would not start back up. So within one week of owning the vehicle I had to have it towed to a mechanic. At this point I had put 409 miles on the vehicle (284 miles of which was the night of purchase, driving it home from the dealership). The reputable and licensed mechanic found a bunch of shavings around the head and timing chain. After cleaning the shavings from throughout the motor, the car still didn’t run. He determined that the head gasket was bad, multiple valves were bent, and the car was out of timing. It never should have been driven, let alone sold. The car needed the engine replaced.

The engine was replaced, along with just about every part under the hood. The car is STILL not running.

Every time I call Auto Land, they give me the run around: the same person gives me different names when I ask who I am speaking with; when I ask to speak with a manager, they say one is not available and ask me to call back a different day; they constantly write my phone number down wrong and mis-take the messages I leave; they have hung up on me, cursed at me, and threatened me; and they will not return my calls or let me know who the owner of the company truly is. These are very poor business practices, terrible customer service. The staff laugh over the phone and taunt me, telling me to come down there and take care of things in person when they know I live 300 miles away. They are blatantly lying to their customers. I have talked to:

[redacted] – supposed manager who is never in the office. The one time I did speak with him he told me the car was my responsibility.

** – Salesman that made the sale; supposedly quit the day after my purchase

[redacted] – took **’s place, I initially worked with him to try to get the warranty; I was then told by someone else that [redacted] stole $3000 from their company and quit.

[redacted] – another supposed manager

** –told me that [redacted] actually does still work there, that he may just not wanted to speak with me

[redacted] – owner listed by the Revdex.com, but I was never permitted to speak with him after countless attempts

-An advertisement misrepresenting a product

-A failure to honor a contract or agreement

-Customer service failed to provide assistance

-Failure to respond to phone calls or written requests for assistance or support

-The inappropriate behavior by customer service personnel

-A dispute regarding the warranty coverage and/or terms

-The failure to provide a promised written warranty or guarantee

-The product I purchased was defective

-The company failed to honor a verbal commitment to provide refunds, exchanges, or credit

-A sales presentation that misrepresents the product

-A sales presentation with unethical sales practicesDesired Settlement: Auto Land should take responsibility for false advertising, selling a car that was so obviously mechanically unsound and assuring me that it was in excellent running condition. After bringing the car home, I put 125 miles on it before the engine quit. Auto Land should take responsibility for not permitting me to purchase a warranty because of their alleged computer system malfunction. They should have honored the agreement we made and allowed me to purchase the warranty.

I am asking that Auto Land pay for the car to be towed back to Virginia and provide me with a full refund of all the money I have invested in the car as of today which totals $14,117:

$9395 Purchase price; $658 Taxes, Tags, Transfer Fees; $1926 Engine Assembly; $2138 Mechanic Fees; +$602 Interest on loan for vehicle that has yet to be driven = $14,117 plus towing costs for the vehicle to be returned to Auto Land

OR pay my mechanic for parts and labor to get the car in the excellent running condition, just like I was promised it was when I purchased it, and I will keep the car. $4666: $1926 Engine Assembly; $2138 Mechanic Fees so far; +$602 Interest on loan for vehicle so far =

$4666 plus additional mechanic labor and parts to get the car running.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from the dealer and payed in full. The DMV still has not received the title from the dealer so I am unable to get the title from DMV. I visited the DMV 3x and spoke with the manager of [redacted], VA DMV which is the headquarters and Melletta confirmed that the dealer has not submitted the title to them. The dealership has lied to me all along the way telling me that they gave the info to the DMV. The dealer now has become unresponsive to my texts and phone calls. They basically sold me a car, took the money and cannot produce the title for DMV.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the vehicle and will return it to them.

Review: Came to this dealer all the way from Baltimore to buy a used 2007 [redacted] and was told that even though it had high mileage, the car had been repaired to run almost like brand new. After a quick test ride where everything seemed to be ok, we bought the car. But RIGHT after we took it off the lot to get gas with my daughter driving and me following in my car, the car stalled out on her in the middle of the road and she almost got hit. We called the dealer who was right next door to the gas station and they came and tried to see what was wrong with the car but they told us that it was probably running that way due to almost being out of gas. They took it back into their shop for about an hour and brought the car back out and said it was fine. So my daughter attempted to begin the long drive back to Baltimore with me following her. Not more then a mile down the road the car started to smoke from the hood scoop and it felt like it was going to stall out again. Before we got on the beltway back to Baltimore, we parked the car on the median and called the dealer and told them that the car was smoking and undriveable and to come pick it up to fix it because my daughter was scared to drive it on the beltway for fear that it would stall out again. After about an hour of waiting for them, they came and took the car back to the dealership and said they would fix the problem in a couple of days. Being this was labor day weekend of this year, they said it would be ready by the following Wednesday. After numerous calls to the dealer that next week and the week after, they said they had to take the car to a [redacted] Dealer in Virginia to have the turbo fixed because they didnt have the facilities to do so. So after about 2 more weeks of waiting to drive a car that we never even drove home the day we bought it, Auto Land proclaimed that it was ready and my daughter and a friend went back to Manasses from Baltimore to attempt to pick it up. Once they got there the dealer told them Oh it wasnt ready again, something else was wrong with the car so she couldnt have it that night. So back to Baltimore again without the car. After about two more weeks of calling and waiting Auto Land proclaimed that the car was ready again so my daughter and a friend drove from Baltimore to Manasses to pick the car up for the third time. My daughter then attempted to drive it back to Baltimore but again it was still smoking and felt like it was going to stall out. So she took it back to the dealer , mind you this was at approximately 9 in the evening, and was told that she had to take the car they could do nothing else with it. My daughter insisted that they have it towed back to Baltimore to our house so that we could take it to a [redacted] dealer of our choosing that they agreed to pay for. So after the car got towed back to our house by the dealer and we paid to have it towed to a local [redacted] dealer to see if they could fix the problem but the dealer wouldnt touch it because they said there were aftermarket parts on the car and they didnt want to be liable for it and they said that the turbo had not been fixed properly. We ended up calling every [redacted] Dealer in the Manasses area and they said that the car had never been brought to them for service. So in order to try to salvage the car, we had to tak take it to a performance shop called Agile in Bel Air, Maryland who then proceeded to tell us that the motor was blown and there were many other numerous problems with the car and it was undriveable and a danger to drive the way that it sat at that moment. So after Justin at Agile took the motor apart and found all of the numerous problems with the car, he gave us an estimate of $8,890.62 ( which I can provide) to have the car fixed in working order and said that whoever worked on the car ( which he assumed was the dealer) really messed up the motor badly. I am really upset with this dealer and whomever did the emissions on this car because it was in no wasy ready to be sold to anyone in the condition that it was in, my daughter could have been hurt when it stalled in the middle of traffic and I want this dealer to pay for the repairs!! She hasnt even had a chance to drive the car and we've been paying on it since late August. Justin at [redacted] doesnt even know how this car passed Virginia emissions. Please guide me on what I can do to get the dealer to remedy this atrocity. Thank you .Desired Settlement: I want this dealer to pay for ALL of the repairs made on this car and I want an apology for the way they dealt with this whole fiasco. My daughter could have been seriously hurt because they sold us a lemon of a car that stalled in traffic right off the lot and made lots of promises to fix it when they didnt do a thing to it !! Thank you for your anticipated help with this. It is a shame there are unscrupulous dealers out there today still doing this to people .

Hi

Review: The used 1992 [redacted] that my family and I bought from Auto Land, [redacted], VA [redacted] [Phone: ###-###-####] had numerous problems, some quite serious and expensive to fix, that were not disclosed to us at the time of purchase, and they knew about many, if not all of them; for examples, how they intentionally deceived us about the odometer, taillight, DMV fees, fuse for the speedometer/odometer, etc.

In addition, the salesman told us that VA DMV’s registration fee for 2 years was $170. When we questioned that, telling him that it was supposed to be about $40/year, he offered us a 1 year registration for $42, saying it was cheaper (proportionally); DMV told me that they should’ve charged us $40.50 / 1yr or $81 / 2yrs. We were not given an itemized receipt showing exactly what we were charged for title fee, registration fee, and tax – only a total amount of all of the charges printed on a Debit Card cash register type receipt from our bank. The car was sold “as-is” with no warranty, which would have been understandable if everything had been properly disclosed to us, as it should have been.

One of the reasons we bought this car was that the advertisement Auto Land placed on autotrader.com claimed that the car had only 57,000 “actual miles” (according to Auto Land’s ad). After driving 80 miles home, we discovered that the odometer was broken and had not changed: the odometer had the same mileage displayed on it as the inspection ticket, which had been written six months prior. They swore on a federal odometer statement, under penalty of fines and imprisonment, that the mileage was accurate, and also in their advertisement on www.Cars.com stated:

“Used 1992 [redacted] for sale. $2,500. 57,000 miles. Blue. Manager's special! Going fast! Must-see! Must sell! All credit O.K. Financing available. Actual miles. Clean title. Low Mileage. One owner. Auto Land ###-###-####” (Ad has now been removed, but I have copies of it, as well as a photo of the odometer taken by AutoLand and posted with their ad, photo of the JVC radio/CD player, and a photo taken by us of the odometer after driving the car 160 miles showing that it had not changed since the reading shown on the inspection ticket 6 months ago, which we also have a photo of.)

In addition to this, the speedometer did not display the correct speed: it read 39 MPH when we were driving 60 MPH. Unfortunately, we did not find this problem until after we had bought the car because the instrument panel lights were broken and it was nighttime.

When we had arrived at Auto Land, the salesman told us that he had had to jumpstart the car with a portable battery and that the car’s battery should be fully charged by the time we drove home, and to make sure not to shut the engine off until then. However, when we tried to start the car the next day, we found out that the battery was completely dead and could not hold a charge. We had to pay $120 for a new battery.

On our test drive, the car ran smoothly, but on the drive home, the transmission would shudder between first and second gear until we went fast enough to use third gear. We learned later that the transmission had been severely damaged because the throttle pressure rod grommet related to the transmission’s overdrive had deteriorated. The salesman apparently knew about this because he told us not to use the overdrive selection on the shift lever. His excuse was that using overdrive would waste gas. Our car is currently having its transmission rebuilt (at a cost of over $2,000).

During our inspection of the car at Auto Land, we noticed that the lights between the left taillight and backup light were out. The salesman told us that the lights were burned out and that he would fix them as we filled out the forms for purchasing the vehicle. We also noticed that the instrument console lights (odometer/speedometer, etc.) were all out and asked him to have his mechanic fix them, along with the taillight.

After going in the back and returning, he told us that there were 20 little light bulbs that had burned out and that he had only had five available to replace them with. To prove this, he handed us a small light bulb claiming it was one of the burned out ones that he had replaced, despite the fact that we looked closely at the bulb and told him that the filament looked fine. When we told him this, he said that the problem was not with the filament, but “a little wire in the base” of the bulb. When we got home, we checked the bulb with a meter and found that it was in perfect working order! He probably just banged the panel containing the LEDs until some came on and handed us an incandescent light bulb from his garage.

When we asked if he had fixed the instrument console lights, he replied that the mechanic had already closed and locked his toolbox and was getting ready to go home, but the problem was just a fuse under the hood that we could replace ourselves. (We replaced the fuse – not under the hood, but under the dash – which was blown, but the instrument lights still do not work, so there is still another problem which caused the fuse to blow.)

Research on the Internet and our personal inspection of the panel confirmed that the salesman had lied to us. The panel actually contains 20 LEDs, not light bulbs, and it is impossible to open the panel without cutting it open. When we removed the panel from the car, it was obvious that the salesman had never opened the panel and replaced any lights at all (all of the bolts holding it to the car were sealed with old, original caulk to the underside of the car trunk and had never been disassembled since the car was built. Also, the taillight unit itself was permanently sealed and could not “be slid open” like the salesman had explained that he had supposedly opened it and replaced the “bulbs”.)

Once we were home, we also noticed that the exhaust manifold had a leak in it where it connects to the engine. Even though this problem could have been easily seen by the salesman when he opened the car hood and jumpstarted the car, we were not informed of it.

In addition to these problems, several pictures were included in the advertisement that showed a working JVC radio and CD player on the console; however, the radio that was in the car when we bought it was an old cassette tape player that did not work at all.

Also, the passenger side electric window won’t go back up. We discovered this while still at AutoLand when we opened the window, and because of that were told that it was a simple to fix, inexpensive problem for which we could purchase a window regulator (quite hard to find and rare for a car this old) for $26 and (if we drove all the way to northern VA and back, 180 miles on a broken transmission that would give out any moment and then have to be towed – even if the gas expense of driving that far to have it fixed wasn’t prohibitive) he would have his mechanic fix it for another $50.

My family and I are very disappointed by the way that this company conducts business and want them to reimburse us for the cost of these required repairs (which have cost us approximately $3000, in addition to the $2600 that we paid for the car). Many of these defects would not have allowed the car to pass inspection, had the car not been sold to us as having already passed inspection.

After arriving home and discovering all of these problems, we found the following on the internet:

Please help us get reimbursed for these damages. Thank you.Desired Settlement: My family and I are very disappointed by the way that this company conducts business and want them to reimburse us for the cost of these required repairs (which have cost us approximately $3000, in addition to the $2600 that we paid for the car). Review: At the end of December I purchased a 2004 Audi from Autoland. I purchased this vehicle with the understanding from Autoland Reps that this car would pass [redacted] Inspection. When this car was orginally shown to me the Front headlight was out. I was promised, If I purchased this vehicle tht Auto land would repair or replace the headlight. I was told I could take the vehicle nd the headlight would be ordered. I told to return in one week. The one week turned into one month. After receiving a ticket from the [redacted] police I insisted that the headlight be fixed. After calling consistently and visiting the dealer repeatly. They took a headlight out of a 2002 Audi and put it in my 2004 Audi.

2/19/13 I had a [redacted] inspection. My inspection failed. I was told the front headlight that was replaced was installed incorrectly, faulty and a hazard. I then contacted the dealer to inform them of this. After several calls I was told this was my problem. I was told I could pay out of pocket or bring in new customers and they would fix the light. Had I known this headlight would not be repaired or replaced. Had I known the vehicle could not pass [redacted] inspection I would not have purchased the vehicle and this was made clear at the time of purchase.

I also paid for tags, title and taxes and I currently do not have any tags. I m paying for a vehicle I cannot drive because of this company being deceitful.Desired Settlement: I would like this issued resolved by making the vehicle in compliance with the [redacted] inspection, and or giving me another vehicle. I would also like my money for tags, title and taxes reimbursed being I do not have tgs and cannot get tags until I pass the [redacted] Inspection.

Review: I purchased a 2000 Mazda 626 from AJ at Auto Land LLC. Before purchase he told me that the car was 100% mechanically sound. Upon driving the car home the transmisission started shifting out of overdrive on it's own causing me to almost wreck. When I finally got the car home the transmission will slam into gear or jump without hitting the gas. The car has been sitting for a week since I purchased it and I went to drop it off at a transmisission shop for an estimate and the car now won't run without overheating and spewing anti freeze. AJ and his boss refuse to do anything even though the issue happened right away and they personally told me the car had no issues. Upon repeated phone calls after about a week they finally told me they could get me a transmission but that I would have to pay the cost of everything. Car doesn't even have 200 miles on it since I purchased the vehicle.Desired Settlement: I would like to just return the car for what I paid for it. If not would like for Auto Land to take some responsibility and pay for repair of the car .

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the car is not in good running condition and I was not offered a warranty, as it is claimed.
