This complaint does not make any senses at all, Like I
mentioned in earlier respond, No one would drive a vehicle for four years and
then four years later complain about issue with the clutch and spare tire
Sincerely,
Amin

I am rejecting this response because:The vehicle was sold with the issue with the clutchIts ovious that I was taken advantage of when I was told that it was normal Also when I signed the papers I was told that I had to purchase the warranty and I had no other option This was not disclosed to me prior to signing the paper work.I called the company that took care of the warranty and they told me that I could not cancelAnd Of course I had to pay for the new clutch and the spare tire that I never recievedi can assure you that Alex knows that the spare tire was damaged when I purchased it so dont try to blame a blizzard that had just happened.
These cheesy senseless sales tactics give dealerships a bad name But what can I expect from a dealership thats run from a trailerNext time that I purchase a vehicle I will go to a real dealership

We do apologize for the inconvenient this issue may have
caused to [redacted]. He is a good client of our dealer. We have no excuse to
paying his loan...

late. This should have never happened, specially to [redacted] has have purchased (3) vehicles from us so far, and we should not have cause him any concerns
at all. We will hate to lose [redacted]. We thank him for doing business with us
and we value him greatly.
We have had paid his loan and we had received the title from
[redacted] Bank already.
Again we are deeply regretting this incidence. We are
insuring that that may never happen again.

Best Regards,
Amin K[redacted]

We strongly believe that we are not at any fault, District of Columbia would not register any vehicle with out of state Driver’s license, it’s their Law. [redacted] had a DC license at the time of the purchase of his vehicle. As of DC resident he should have and must have known this DC law regardless of us telling him. We had have offered him to fix his brakes. Regarding his extra fees that he had to pay to transfer his Tags, we can help him with $130.00 which we are not even responsible. And we can’t do anything else to this vehicle.

His
salesperson was Spanish, our Sales manager is Spanish and we do have a Spanish
speaking
Finance
manager. Everything was explained to him thoroughly in Spanish.
He keep
mentioning that the vehicle was unsafe, please note that He himself ( Mr. [redacted])
did provide us with the certificate of Maryland State Inspection. This vehicle not
only passed Virginia State inspection but also passed Maryland State
inspection.
The [redacted] on
this vehicle is clean with no accident, and we did check the [redacted] today
again, same result.
Regarding
the warranty, Mr. [redacted] needs to
contact [redacted] Corp. to complain about the warranty. The finance
company has leverage over the warranty company.
Please note
that the all warranty companies will not cover any preventive maintenance or
any recommendation by any repair facility.

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
1) The dealer provided the Maryland inspection
2) [redacted] Dealership did Diagnostics and found $3000 of repairs to major components of the car
3) The Dealer agreed to fix the issues found by [redacted] Dealership and later reneged.  We have went over each repair and he absolutely said they would repair it, not the warranty
4) The Warranty is useless, not only can we not find a repair shop who will use it.  When the Warranty company was callled, they could not come up with one repair shop in MD,Va area who would work with this warranty company.  Later adding that the warranty was only good for cars that have under 100k mileage.  So knowing this  the car dealer still said the warranty was good . which is not the truth.
5) The Liberty Car dealer has not told the truth about 1) the condition of the car 2) that we took it to MD inspection, they did so we can not validate that it was done properly since so many things were found wrong with the car by [redacted] Dealer.  3) he would fix the repairs found by [redacted] Dealer  4) That the Warranty is Good.  Blatant falsehood that we had to get the Warranty and it would repair any issue the car had.   The car is not driveable within 1 week and the very first time he drove it more than 10 miles.
Thank You.
Please put the Liberty Dealer's feet to the Fire. If you check the [redacted]  reviews of this dealer, you will see many complaints of the same issues.
Regards,
[redacted]

First, there is no Error or any extra charges in this deal. Second at
the time of...

purchase our knowledgeable Finance Manager explained every line by
line to her and she signed every necessary documents to finance her vehicle.
Also she signed the most important piece of paper (the Acknowledgement and
Understanding Form).  This form indicated
that everything line by line was explained to her and she have read and
understood before signing.
Again there was no extra charges or hidden charges on this deal. We do
have a signed copy of the bill of sale. The price of the vehicle was $12,696.98
plus a $395.00 processing fee, Plus $1,040.52 for Taxes, Title fees, $880.00 for Service Warranty  and there
is No other fees. She was $500.00 short of
down payment, and she signed a Promissory Note for $500.00. She promised to
bring $500.00 cash on or before 01/09/2015, but she has defaulted on her
promise.
All we are asking for our $500.00 from her, and we are not holding her
tags for that reason.
We have had called her numerous time for her tags, since she owed us
money she never came to our dealer to pick up her tags, so we had to mailed her
tags to her address by USPS over two months ago. We do not have her tags here
anymore.
She needs to call the financing Institute to get her pay off, not the
dealership. They will help her with the pay off.
We would like [redacted] to keep her promise and pay our $500.00 to
us. She can call me or Alex our Sales manager to arrange the payment. If she
really didn’t receive her tags, she could go to Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration
to pick up a duplicate set of her tags, and providing Maryland inspection. If
there will be any kind of fees to pick up her tags from MVA, she could deduct
it from the $500.00. If Revdex.com or [redacted] need original copies with [redacted] signature, we’ll be glade to fax them.

Mr. [redacted]
did come to us to purchase a [redacted]r R/T, but because of his credit
situation the Finance companies decline his loan application. We did manage to
locate one...

finance company to accept his application, but for a lesser amount vehicle
not for the [redacted]r R/T. We did
find him a [redacted]r for the appropriate loan amount that he was approved.
He purchased
his 2007 [redacted]r (ASIS) and signed the Virginia Buyer’s Guide on July,21st
2014, which clearly written in huge letters
( ASIS ) no warranty. The Finance Company did provide him with 2 years
warranty at minimum cost.
Mr. [redacted] come to our dealer after a few weeks later and
mentioned that he has some issues with his vehicle. Our representative told him
that he had ( 2) years warranty . Also our Sales Representative kindly reminded
him that he purchased this vehicle ASIS, but our representative told him that
we’ll help him with some credible issues, even though he did signed ASIS form. At
this time Mr. [redacted] said that he will take care of his vehicle himself,
because he was in a hurry and had no time for our repair facility to perform any
kind of work to his vehicle.
Mr. [redacted] presented us a few weeks later with the Maryland
State Inspection certificate, without complaining of any issues with his
vehicle. Maryland has a very vigorous State Inspection which this vehicle did
passed.
We gave the certificate of Maryland inspection to Maryland
Motor vehicle Administration which Mr. [redacted] Provided to us to register his
vehicle. His vehicle has been registered
and his tags are valid till September, 30th, 2016.
He has complained to Revdex.com about his warranty provider, please
note that this is a major nationwide warranty and they serve all 50 states of
America and Canada.
He has complained
that his car did not pass MD inspection and he can’t drive his car, because it
has not been registered. , Please note that he himself did provide us with the
Certificate of Maryland State Inspection and his vehicle has been registered.
If required we could provide copy of MD inspection and copy of his car’s
registration.
We do highly regret if Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle indeed did give him problems, but we
do believe that he has been deceiving with his complain to Revdex.com.
He has valid tags on his vehicle and also he has 2 years
warranty with a reputable warranty company.
Regard,
Amin K[redacted]

This complaint is baseless and out of date. Please be advised
that the clutch is not covered by any warranty, even if the vehicle is brand
new. Life of the clutch is depended on the driver’s ability how to use the
clutch, it could easily be burned in a few hours if the driver...

does not know
the proper way to use the clutch.
You could cancel the warranty during the life of the
warranty contract which in this case was 24 months, not two years after the
contract was expired.  She did purchase a
nationwide warranty which is one of the elite Warranties in the country. The
customer always have a choice to buy warranty or refuse it, and they have a choice
to purchase a vehicle from us. We never force her to buy a vehicle or a
warranty from us. We Always make sure that our customers understand  thoroughly what they are signing.
There isn’t any notification in the folder or our in database that
we made any kind of promise for a spare tire for this vehicle.
She wants to cancel a warranty that have had expired almost
two years ago. She claims that we promised her a spare tire almost four years
ago. I don’t think anybody will drive a vehicle for four years with a bad or no
spare tire, unless she damaged the spare tire during the blizzard we had two
weeks ago.
 Sincerely,
 Amin K[redacted]

06/06/2016We do apologize.  [redacted] did purchase a 2012 [redacted] on Feb , 12 2016 from Auto Liberty of Arlington.  [redacted] had a Maryland State Driver License at the time of purchasing this vehicle, not a DC license. [redacted] was told in order for us to register this vehicle...

at DC he must transfer his Driver License to DC, District of Columbia would not accept out of state License. Therefore we had [redacted] to sign in two set of registration papers at the time of purchase, one for the DC and one for Maryland, just in case [redacted] couldn’t be able to transfer his License to DC. Mr. Rafael told him that we had to register his vehicle before his Temporary tags were to expire. [redacted] allowed us to register this vehicle in Maryland, since he was not able to transfer his License to DC. [redacted] was charge DC taxes and registration which is much lower than Maryland Tax and registration. [redacted] was charged $ 624.57 to register in DC but we had to pay $ 814.00 to Maryland MVA to register his vehicle. We had to pay extra $ 186.43 to register [redacted]’s vehicle in the state of Maryland. Regard to brakes and rotors. [redacted] needs to bring his vehicle to us so we could replace his brakes and rotors at no charge, even several months has passed. He needs to contact us and make appointment so we could go ahead and fix his brakes free of charge and we’ll not charge him $186.43 for registering his car vehicle in Maryland. Regards,Amin
