COMPLAINTPurchased Ford Escape from Automart 4/23/13DENIED it was 3/23/13From the 1st week she took possession of car it has been in the shopUNKNOWNThat vehicle was financed through CAC with a warrantyAGREEDThe coolant system, cooling block, alternator fuses, relay switches, transfer case andtransmission were replaced UNKNOWNShe contacted consumer protection without resolution concerning the warrantyUNKNOWNThat she paid $AGREEDThe 4-wheel drive is goneUNKNOWNThat she owes CAC $5,700UNKNOWNThat car sits in her drivewayUNKNOWNANSWER Allinternal lubricated parts including engine and transmission are covered underthe warrantyWe provided a year /24,mile warranty on vehicle throughsuperior warranty Co, which will expire on 3/23/Should there be any workrequired I suggest she either make an appointment to bring to out shop or takevehicle to a shop of her choice before warranty expiresThe one caveat is thatthe existing mileage does not exceed 164, The best of my knowledge, Ms [redacted] has not brought the vehicle into Automart forany kind of diagnostic.RESOLUTION Ms[redacted] can speak to the finance company (CAC) to see if they will let her out thecontract and return the vehicleWhich would be called a voluntaryrepossessionMs [redacted] should have brought the vehicle to us so that we couldopen a claim for any required repairs that the warranty company may havecovered instead of expending $for the alleged repairs paid out of pocket Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Customer purchased Cadillac on 12/10/her first payment was due on 12/26/in the amount of she? paid on 12/26/15.Her second payment was due on 1/9/in the amount of she paid 160.00.Her third payment was due in the amount of 200.00? on? 1/16? and she paid on 2/8/16? .? No payments were received? for 2/6/or 2/20/.? On 3/1/ the vehicle was repossessed for non payment

I am aware of their situation .We sold them a chev Malibu in AS IS condition and they brought it back to us because of engine problemsWe then gave them a loaner vehicle to use until we were able to obtain a substitute vehicle for themWe then delivered a Ford Escort with out any additional costs on or about 4/13/ .I now believe the customer is completely satisfied

ANSWER · [redacted] purchased an ’Saturn Aura on 10/4/ · 12/3/We replaced fuel pump for [redacted] without any cost to her /> · 1/24/her vehicle was serviced without any cost to her · 5/2/Vehicle serviced under warranty with a $deductible as prescribed by terms of agreement (the front hub assembly was replaced) · Vehicle passed the required DMV inspection in a timely manner · A deferred down payment was to be paid by Ms [redacted] in the amount of $at the rate of $per monthThe last payment was received 5/17/ we do not take out credit card payments automatically unless authorized by customer at each transaction · late notices were sent and messages were left regarding non payment · on 7/6/court papers were filed for non payment · all paperwork is sent by the court and not automartIf she has a problem with receiving documents from court, I suggest that she calls court and complain to them · On 9/26/we received check #in the amount of $which covers all of the outstanding monies which are due to Automart SETTLEMENT · As soon as the check is cleared by our bank, we will notify the court as we are required and satisfy the case as paid in full · If there are additional repairs required, the vehicle must be brought in for service and diagnosed for coverage by the warranty company · [redacted] could trade in her vehicle here or go to any other car dealer to do the same · I believe an apology is in orderWe have done everything that was required and more regarding servicing the vehicle and extended patience regarding her payment arrangements · Therefore I apologize for not making more phone calls and not leaving enough messages before we filed in court for collection

spoke to customer 8/16/.We practicly had to rebuild the entire motor ,waiting for final part to arrive on 8/18/should have vehicle ready for delivery 0n or before 8/

I have previously responded to this complaint and it has been resolved.We paid Westlake financial on 9/3/with a bank check #22131383-in the amt of 9,869.00.This pays off his balance with that financial institution.We had a problem in securing a lien release on the title ,but it is finally
complete

my issue is that I am spending $a week in gasI am being inconvenienced with my family because it up car sizei paid for insurance on a vehicle and have not driven the vehicle and still to this day I have no clue on what's going on with my vehicle and another car payment is due on March and I am still out of the vehicle

is going to require gasThe difference in the amount of gas you use in either vehicle is
going to negligibleWe gave you the largest full size vehicle we had available with no
cost to you
It’s unfortunate but you purchased a used vehicle and sometimes they break
downWe have agreed to make all and any repairs required to your vehicle at no cost to
you
Additionally, we have made all of your payments to the finance company while
the car is in our shop, including the payment
