I purchased a vehicle in January/Feb when they were located off Nimitz HwyEverything seemed alright to begin with but registration was expiring and safety expired They couldnt do safety because the title was still being transferred so I just let it goA month goes by and registration expires so I tell them I cant drive the car cause I dont want a ticket for everything being expired even when I have insuranceSo they give me a loaner carI used the car for over a month or two cause they got the registration but not the titleSo I take my car back and drive it around because they are working on the titleI was told because of my inconvience for having to drive the loaner car and then driving the car illegal I would be compensated somehow and not to worryThe loan company I was paying my loan through sent me a letter saying my loan was transferred back to Auto MartI was confused but informed the dealershipThey said they would figure it outSo in June I ask when I can do the safety and the owner says he has the title but I owe three months of paymentsI tell him I stopped using the car cause multiple problems have happened to the car and it was still illegalAnd since I didnt have a car I messed up at my job and was not going to pay for a car that I wasnt even able to use at allI put a lot of money into the car for payments prior and its just sitting here illegalI dont get why I dont get money back from the loan company or compensated for this whole situationI have heard numerous complaints about this dealership and did not think it would be like this for meI just want a reliable legal carThats what I spent my money on in the first place when I went to this dealership

I am responding to you in regards to Case # [redacted] - [redacted] ***.It is unfortunate that the ***s are experiencing difficulties with the [redacted] that they purchased However, all buyers are notified that all vehicles are sold to them in an "AS-IS" condition at the time of the sale, unless otherwise stated If the dealership promises anything to the buyers at the time of the sale, the buyers are given a "Get Ready" which details the work or items promisedAdditionally, all customers are shown a variety of vehicles to choose from our current inventory and are taken on a test drive of the vehicle that they are interested in purchasing to allow them an opportunity to assess the vehicle's handling prior to purchase Upon signing the sales contract, all customers are advised that the vehicle to be sold will be in sold in an "AS-IS" condition Their acknowledgement of this statement is indicated by their signature(s) in the "AS-IS" section of the sales contract, dealer's purchase order and the "No Inspection" addendum provided to them at the time of signingUpon your request we can provide you with a copy of the "AS-IS" statement, dealer purchase order and the addendum for your review.In the case that vehicular issues arise shortly after the sale, the dealership will generally assist the customer by fixing any items that would result in a safety concern Contrary to Mr***'s statement, during the months since the ***s took delivery of this vehicle, they have never called to request a Car Fax or the vehicle's maintenance records It is unfortunate that the vehicle is not performing as it did when the vehicle was purchased months ago However, it is the position of this dealership that we are unwilling to take the vehicle back from the ***s and pay off the balance of their loanat this juncture We kindly ask that this case be closed based on the fact that the vehicle was sold in an "AS-IS" condition which was acknowledged by the customer(s) and also considering the length of time that the ***s have had possession of the vehicle

However, aside from the $additional that MrDan K*** is including to cover any late charges and miscellaneous expenses that occurred which does not compare to the damages we had to go through we are requesting $from this traumatic event that happened to our life? We are in the process of renovating our home and we applied for loans, but we were denied due to this matter.We would also like to request that this would be deleted from our credit report? Our credit score decreasedAll my life and my husband, we have built our credit score to be outstanding to a point where we would never have any problems applying for a loan., until this happenedI have never seen our credit scores that low.If you accept this MrDan K***, we will consider this resolved.Were not sure why MrDan K*** waited this long to take care of this matter? But we wish you have could have taken care of this when you left Acura of HonoluluIf you only knew what we had to go through for months and months because of this matterEveryone is not perfect, people makes a lot of mistakeBut why did it have to be us? All the want is your moneyI made a deal with MrDan the owner and everything was good until I drove off from the dealershipThey took too long to pay off the trade inThey sent the title to the wrong lien holderI have to put dollars from my pocket to don't affect my creditI'm still calling to the dealership to speak to Mr Dan and ask him for my money, they just gave me all kind of excusesDon't waste your time, money, and peace with them

However, aside from the $500.00 additional that Mr. Dan K[redacted] is including to cover any late charges and miscellaneous expenses that occurred which does not compare to the damages we had to go through  we are requesting $5000.00 from this traumatic event that happened to our life? We are in the process of renovating our home and we applied for loans, but we were denied due to this matter.
We would also like to request that this would be deleted from our credit report? Our credit score decreased.
