I do not accept their terms because they are offering me no solution to the problemsYes I did buy a used car but there is some level of expectation when you are buying a car of $that it will be driveable for more than a month- month and a halfthe first week I bought the car the check engine light came on and the care leak on the inside (literally raining on me) when it rained and I was givwen no front licence platethe owner did send the car to [redacted] where they had the car for days to fix the fuel line which I appreciated but 2days later the check engine light came back onWhen I attempted to contact the owner he was very rude to me and when I asked him to speak to me with respect for I am the customer he hung up on meAbout a month after buying vehicle the transmission started to go out so I am unable to drive more than miles before the transmission warms up and stops workingHe never offered to have my car looked at by his mechanic (for transmission) that is a straight up lieWhen I contacted him after his reponse to Revdex.com he stated that he was no longer willing to have my car looked at since I went to the Revdex.com with my complaintIam not satisfied wiith his reponse or his poor constomerk service

My husband has had the car for almost weeks now and it has the worst oil leak and it is burning on the exhaust manifold which smokes badly when you come to a standstill in trafficThe passenger side exhaust manifold is blowing and the car just sounds like it's about to dieSome interior trim has fallen off, the engine check light is on, the airbag light came on about three days ago and now it needs a new starter motor! The car also vibrates at any speed over 60mph and the suspension is very squeaky on uneven surfacesYour website says 60,000-80,major trouble-free miles and the car has only just covered 1,milesHow is it possible that all of these issues have only JUST happened? I'm also concerned that the keyring that came with the car says the correct year, the correct make, the correct model, the correct color, yet the mileage reads 15,more than the actual car has done! Has this vehicle been clocked???? I sent a contact form to the business and never received a responseI called the contact number and someone was going to call me backWhen they did I was told that the car was past the warranty miles and that they would look at the car as a courtesy but all repairs would have to be paid forHow can it be that so many things have only just now gone wrong? Looking at the color of the oil that has leaked down the engine suggests that this is clearly not only a recent thing! The place is a joke and looking at other reviews, my husband is not the only one who has been had

I am rejecting this response because *** & I told *** that the car was still going but the speedometer dropped to zero and I would push on the gas and the engine would rev but not go anywhere and then jolt on the way home He said don't worry about it that it would be looked at that he was in the process of hiring a mechanic who was also going to be fixing the problems that we were told from the sale they would fixthe horn, the a/c and then look at the transmissionWe made numerous calls and were told they were on vacation, then I got hold of them and was told to bring it in to the Auto Maxx, they had the car for one day and told me everything was fixedWhen the car was picked up, *** asked did you even fix the Transmission as it didn't take very long? I was told by ***, everything was fixedthis was I believe on a Wednesday that I picked up the car and it stalled on Memorial weekend in the intersection and it wouldn't shift not even into neutral to move itWe had the car towed home, then upon the dealership opening we called and they said to have the car towed to *** *** The conversation went from the dealership stating they would pay half for a rebuilt transmission ( Even *** at ***'* *** advised us of this) then advised us that the price was $then it got raised to $ then we find out after asking about the warranty that it is a used transmissionthen when Sarah's grandmother called, *** advised her, well you know why the transmission has a problem right? and she said no why? he said because of the way they were driving it...? they way they pulled out of the parking lot?? this makes no sense.... I realize that the car warranty was "as is" however, we are guilty of believing that when they said they would fix the problems right away and within a few days advising big problem with Transmission, they said they would fix it, we leave it, they say it was fixed then it isn't and then stating where for us to have it towed, and then stating they would pay half for a rebuilt and then it isn't even a rebuilt Why all the inconsistencies? We have not had the car since Memorial weekend, we have been given the run around when callingWe paying on a car that we have not had since Memorial weekend We are out of pocket for the tows and the car with no car to drive and empty promises from dealership.

The vehicle is sold as isWe never told the customer that we would not fix the little items which accurad after the purchase except a tear in the seat and a cleaning detailThe horn worked at purchased and stopped working after which I ordered another horn for them just waiting for them to come in
for repairThey called us about the news tires I had gotten for them and told me that one of the tires had blown outSo I sent them in to the tire shop and paid for another one of our pocket because they would not warranty the tire because of the way it was damaged, also the vehicle would not pass smog with bad cadillist converters I’m not sure what the complaint is aboutThe complaint they have written is blown out of portionRegarding the retail price they are coming up with is absolutely incorrect and I showed them the correct retail price besides that after months of driving it and putting over miles on the vehicle they seem to have a transmission issueAgain this vehicle is sold as isBut I offered to help with the repair of another transmission issue out of good faith and customer agreed and is dismissing this complaintThings happen but we are taking care of the problem out of good faith including the horn issue, detail, clip around the ignition and whatever the windshield wiper issue is.Again they agreed to withdraw this complaint in full after we fix these issues

dear sir/madam
after getting back to my staff and reviewing this case we promised the customer to fix his tail light, the customer has days
to bring his car after we initiate a contact with him to bring his vehicle the customer showed up months laterit's states clearly on our due bill (promise to fix) that the customer has days to bring his vehicle to be fix, he failed to bring it within the time frame designated, we will contact the customer again and try to resolve this matter
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/09) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Auto Maxx took pictures of the tail light and informed us that they would call when it was in as it is a special orderWe never heard backI have gone in several times to get this done and then they now act like they never agreed to thisThe sales force is new due to employee turn over, so original loan officer and salesman are both goneThis has been swept under the rug, but not by usWe just want our tail light as agreedI even said it could be in 'good used condition' as the car was usedI thought we were being very reasonable

I purchased aAudi aquattro as a true miles unknown vehicle from auto maxx as a repeat owner and former employee on 6/7/I signed a warranty day miles which included full coverage of all major componets including the water pump transmission and engineAfter driving off the lot I noticed the vehicle not stalls when pressing hard on the gas but it was leaking tons of coolant and overheating as a result of thatI reached out to ralph deblasi the owner several times after finally taking a look at the car I was told the water pump was bad and needed to be replaced The company not only charged ME an extra but never checked the stalling nor did they replace the water pump with a WORKING one as they claimedAfter getting the car looked at again after several months of trying to get them to look at it I was informed that it was NOW just a leak which would be a repair at my cost! Problem is they never repaired it due to the fact im still having the same issue

I purchased a Lincoln Town Car with low mileage.I paid for the inspection, but Auto Maxx actually agreed to take it to the Maryland inspection station for meInspection failed the first two times due to break issuesAuto Maxx told me that because the car had set for so long the brake fluid had contaminated the entire brake system, so they would have Meineke replace the entire brake systemThe inspection passed the third time, but two hours after the inspection, when I drove the car home from the dealership the brakes were still not working properlyAfter contact with the inspection station, the dealership, and Meineke, I ended up getting the repairs done at a local garage in Maryland myself, because this was a safety issue and I wasn't getting any results from Auto Maxx All of the rotors had to be replaced and the brakes needed bleeding, and there were four holes in the brake hosesThe mechanic said it should not have passed inspection I have sent a letter to th

Manager *** shouts at his two female employees; has shouted at me because my auto insurance was taking too long on the phone for his convenience; waited for me at the door when I came to purchase car and stuck his tongue out when I passed by; told me front tires are new, but they are from and have no tread; rear tire has been losing air since before I drove it off the lot, every time he says he will replace it he tells me "oh we found another nail in it so we removed it and patched it up"; tells me that my long-time family friend, who is a mechanic, is lying to me about what needs to be fixed; has gotten entirely too close to me when speaking, and still moves closer when I move away; Always says "I'm just trying to help you" instead of telling me the solution to my car's problems; is ignoring my email in attempt to collect the permanent license plate that he promised he would get from the DMV FOR me almost months ago

Hello,
My name is [redacted] S. [redacted] GENRAL MANGER for AutoMaxx.
On June 10th of 2016 MR. [redacted] and hos wife came to Automaxx to buy a 2007 Lexus is 250. They test drove the vehicle they agree to buy it. Vehicle was sold AS IS. Two weeks later we got a call from his wife saying that MR. [redacted] has been booked in county jail for domestic violence. MR [redacted] was bailed out and call called automaxx saying that he doesn't want the vehicle no more and if there is any way he can return it. we said no its not automaxx vehicle the deal was sold to the bank. Two days after that phone call to automaxx MR. [redacted] called one more time but that time saying vehicle wont start and he wants his money back we asked him to bring it to Automaxx to check it for him as a courtesy. We check out the vehicle found out the motor has been cracked and oil all over the place. I am sure if that big problem was there at the time of sale that will be something no one can mess it.
Thank you

I do not accept their terms because they are offering me no solution to the problems. Yes I did buy a used car but there is some level of expectation when you are buying a car of $7000.00 that it will be driveable for more than a month- month and a half. the first week I bought the car the check engine light came on and the care leak on the inside (literally raining on me) when it rained and I was givwen no front licence plate. the owner did send the car to [redacted] where they had the car for 11 days to fix the fuel line which I appreciated but 2days later the check engine light came back on. When I attempted to contact the owner he was very rude to me and when I asked him to speak to me with respect for I am the customer he hung up on me. About a month after buying vehicle the transmission started to go out so I am unable to drive more than 3 miles before the transmission warms up and stops working. He never offered to have my car looked at by his mechanic (for transmission) that is a straight up lie. When I contacted him after his reponse to Revdex.com he stated that he was no longer willing to have my car looked at since I went to the Revdex.com with my complaint. Iam not satisfied wiith his reponse or his poor constomerk service.

My husband has had the car for almost 4 weeks now and it has the worst oil leak and it is burning on the exhaust manifold which smokes badly when you come to a standstill in traffic. The passenger side exhaust manifold is blowing and the car just sounds like it's about to die. Some interior trim has fallen off, the engine check light is on, the airbag light came on about three days ago and now it needs a new starter motor! The car also vibrates at any speed over 60mph and the suspension is very squeaky on uneven surfaces. Your website says 60,000-80,000 major trouble-free miles and the car has only just covered 1,300 miles. How is it possible that all of these issues have only JUST happened? I'm also concerned that the keyring that came with the car says the correct year, the correct make, the correct model, the correct color, yet the mileage reads 15,000 more than the actual car has done! Has this vehicle been clocked????
I sent a contact form to the business and never received a response. I called the contact number and someone was going to call me back. When they did I was told that the car was past the warranty miles and that they would look at the car as a courtesy but all repairs would have to be paid for. How can it be that so many things have only just now gone wrong? Looking at the color of the oil that has leaked down the engine suggests that this is clearly not only a recent thing! The place is a joke and looking at other reviews, my husband is not the only one who has been had.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The fact that I was arrested for a day is irreIevent I did get booked into county jail but I bailed out and went ahead and completed the financing after I bailed out in confidence that the vehicle was good. I took the...

vehicle home and drove it for a day or so and while driving down the freeway the vehicle lost power and died. I had it towed to my parents house and contacted Ralph at automaxx who told me to bring it in and they would repair it. I paid to have the vehicle towed for the second time. When I got there I was assured it would be repaired no charge. A week later I called to see if it was done but was told they were going to perform an investigation. I was told the motor was cracked. I also would like an investigation because I know I did nothing to cause the damage to the vehicle. All I want is for them to stand by there word and since they are not going to repair the vehicle then give me my money back. I spoke to the mechanic that looked at the car for automaxx and was told the damage was from something internal.
