Auto Now Financial Services Reviews (26)

This has been resolved. The customer was able to finish his loan application and was able to obtain a loan from us. Please feel free to contact me for any further assistance. Sincerely, [redacted]Project Coordinator###-###-####

Worst company ever. They knowingly scam people and teach their employees to participate in their scam process. Multiple reviews state the same experience where this company that use to have an "F" rating but changed their name from DRIVE NOW to AUTO NOW FINANCIAL SERVICES and affiliated with TIO RICO say these horrible individuals continue to perpetuate scams. They are the lowest of the low sm and all the people that work their are thieves to innocent people that are trying to gain a deal. I hope they all get the same level of customer service and honesty in their own lives. They twist and turn the truth for their benefit. They make appointments with the service center a month out from the purchase date and then tell you that you are out of the warranty period. Than you are left with a piece of [redacted] car from these sm, vile, lowdown, awful, thieves from dog [redacted] dried on the dead grass in the dirt field of a play ground in[redacted].

The most corrupt organization on the planet in my opinion. I am not a deadbeat; I have a Master’s Degree, Six Sigma Green Belt, BIU Graduate (Process Improvement), and have NOT been unemployed in over 15 years. Auto Now Financial Services (ANFS), a company that does business as Tio Rico, is the most abusive organization with whom I have had the misfortune of doing business. On 7/3/2013 (keep this date in mind), I obtained a $400 loan. I defaulted on my loan around September (couple of months later) due to financial troubles. Keep in mind I had recently paid off a $500 loan with the same company, which I hope proves I wasn’t out to purposely take a loan a had no intention of paying. In February, 2014, this company filed a formal complaint to recover the money I owed them. I was not able to attend the court date because of major health reasons in the family. The judgment was granted in ANFS’ favor. To sum up the “crime” committed, I will tell you that ANFS has garnished $3,000, on the $400.00 loan, in less than 4 months. It is disgusting that the judge allowed this, but even more reprehensible ANFS (Tio Rico), feels they are entitled to over $3,000 on a $400 loan, that defaulted less than 12 months ago. It makes me sick! It makes me sad that our justice system would allow thieves to be thieves in the name of the law. Think twice about going with this organization – please think twice. This has led to financial distress of astronomical proportions. I have no recourse, other than to make you, the consumer, aware of what this company is capable of.

We have contacted Mr[redacted] and asked him to come into our office in order to resolve this. He and his son have signed the necessary documents in order to remove his son from the title. Both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
