signed a vehicle condition report stating this, she also signed a federal buyers guide stating It was an as Is vehicle, in any case we tried to help [redacted] in any way possible but she did not want to help us solve any problems she was having and she simply brought the vehicle back to us. With no hits on her credit as of yet. In the lease agreement she signed she takes full responsibility for any repairs which we did not come after her for. If anyone lost here it was us.
