To whom it may concern, I would like to address the letter from Mrs [redacted] It is always difficult when a customer has to have their vehicle repossessed due to non-paymentThis often causes harsh feelings between both parties and equals a net loss for each partyIt really is a no win situation and one that I regret to have to resort toMrs [redacted] , and her husband, did purchase a Cadillac Escalade from Southside Auto llc, DBA: Auto SolutionsHow ever the bank that they were approved through is [redacted] [redacted] worked very hard to secure their financing for them, due to their credit challengesTo help this process, there was a personal loan made from Darin M [redacted] to [redacted] and [redacted] at the time of purchaseThe delay in registering it was due to the flooring company and the finance company (Both of which are [redacted] ) communicating with one another, and with [redacted] being unable on multiple occasions, to communicate with the [redacted] sHowever, they were able to register the vehicle with in the state allotted timeThough this is all irreverent as to why they lost the loan with the bank [redacted] has a very strict 1st payment default policyThis is stated in all the paperwork signed at the time of purchaseFurther on recorded phone calls, the customers are told the amounts, the time that they are due and how or where they can make those payments [redacted] has this conversation recorded with Mrs [redacted] Due to not making their first payment, the deal is sent back to the dealership for repossession, per the dealer agreement signed with [redacted] In good will after being alerted that I would have to buy back the contract, I (Darin [redacted] M***; Auto Solutions Owner) offered to put them into a GMC Yukon with payments(this was taking a portion of the down payment and applying it to the down payment of a new vehicle) Or to out right just give them a Ford Taurus with no paymentsThe [redacted] s did not like either of these choicesI did this when there was NO obligation to return any of the moneyThis is simply a payment default and repossessionAs for checks being sent, [redacted] has record of any check being received, nor can the [redacted] 's produce proof the check was ever cashed by the bankThey did attempt an over the phone payment using a debit card, but rescinded the payment with [redacted] and asked to pay it laterThis was all AFTER [redacted] had decided to back out of a business relationship with the [redacted] Once again, [redacted] has all these conversations recordedI have went out of my way to work with the [redacted] sOnce the lines of communications were no longer possible, an outside company; Frontier Professional was hired to try to recover the vehicle or come to some mutual termsDuring the course of recovering the property we had to work with multiple other creditors who were also looking to repossess their merchandise from the [redacted] sI understand this must be very difficult for a family to have such a financial status change in life, and wish them no I'll willBut I am a business ownerThey entered into multiple legal obligations that they apparently can not afford, and I have to protect our assets as best as possibleAs to the personal attacks on my character I take them with a grain of saltI have had multiple legitimate business's in this valley and have a very out standing reputationI hope that this letter and attached documents will shed light on a very poor situationThank you for your time Darin [redacted] M***

This business is not trying to blackmail us stating that they will not do any work on the car until we remove our Revdex.com complaintWe found out that they are also over charging us based on the videos that they postedThey are also asking us to pay more money for the same repairsThe dealer told us we had a day warranty and now they refuse to stand by that warranty

Customer came in and spoke with our Service ManagerThe Service Manager went and inspected the flare and the vehicle and discovered that there was no fault on installationIt appeared as though something had ripped the flare off the vehicleWe offered to sell him a replacement flare at a discounted rate and install for free and customer refused

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because Auto Solutions is out of line and lyingMy mother handled the situation appropriately, stern but respectful, their careless mechanic and business put my life in danger multiple timesWhat mother wouldn't have something to say to a business as negligent as this? First with the bad brakes and bad tires and second with the front wheels not being properly put back on-- my mechanic did a quick over view not a full inspection of the car the same day, so Auto solutions is once again fabricatingThe mechanic upon repairing the front wheels due to Auto solutions negligence said that they were put on too tight by Auto Solutioms mechanic and in no way did a hard impact that never happened cause this-- it would have caused structural damaged to the wheel or car, which as the pictures sent to Auto Solutions clearly showed no structural damage just the missing boltsI was told verbally by Nancy to have my mechanic call them with the bill and the mechanics secretary informed me that Nancy was uncooperative and extremely nasty over the phone and I had to pay for the repairsThis had been just one too many problems for a car I've had up to that time only made one loan payment onAnd clearly if their mechanic who spent three hours preparing my car as I had signed paperwork didn't catch the bad brakes and bald tires, how would he know how to put on wheels correctly? It's clearly a matter of incompetenceNow that Auto Solutions has not only my down payment and the money from the bank on a loan I'm paying for its clear that they don't want to be reasonable and I'm left as a unhappy consumer who's paying for a problematic carIf need be, Revdex.com, I have my receipts and pictures and would love for my mechanic to be reached on the matter Regards, [redacted]

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/01/06) */ First, unfortunately, this is the first time this complaint has come to our attention, or we would have been more prompt in our response to the Revdex.comSince the time the complaint was issued, the problem has been resolved at absolutely no cost to the customerYes, the repairs that were made to the vehicle did take some timeAs the customer stated, we had the head gaskets replaced, head bolts replaced, machined the cylinder head, changed the oil and had a complete valve job done on the vehicleThe warranty company did not cover all of the repairs, or all of the rental vehicle feesAuto Solutions covered hundreds of dollars of the repairs as well as nearly $dollars worth of a rental vehicle that the warranty company would not cover [redacted] Automotive finished these repairs as fast as possibleUnfortunately, there was another separate issue with the oil pumpAuto Solutions then felt that the vehicle should go to a BMW dealer for this separate issue to ensure it was diagnosed and fixed quickly and properly as it is a specialty vehicleAuto Solutions drove the vehicle from Troy, MO to Creve Coeur to deliver it to [redacted] All the while, the customer was in a rental vehicle that Auto Solutions paid forBMW replaced the oil pump, and Auto Solutions, again, picked up the vehicle and drove it back to Troy for the customer to pick upThus, we feel that this case should be closed in good standing as Auto Solutions not only covered all repair costs that the warranty company did not cover, we also covered nearly $in rental vehicle charges, as well as take the vehicle to Creve Coeur from Troy and back again (nearly an hour away), as well as fill up the gas tank before delivery of the vehicle to the customerUnfortunately, we can not be held responsible for the lost keyWe took the key to the post office and mailed it according to their instructionIt was over a $key that we simply can not be expected to replace because of a postage issueSo again, please close this case in good standing as we have gone above and beyond for this customer

Customer was delivered on 9/26/and called us on 11/30/to advise the leather on her furniture was coming off We sent a technician on 12/15/and he confirmed the material is lifting Please be advised that La-Z-Boy provides a one year warranty from date of delivery for any manufacturing defects on Fabric/Leather Customer is out of warranty We believe a household cleaner or product may have been used and caused this reaction As a one courtesy we have offered the customer a 50% discount off the purchase price of a new Sofa & Loveseat Customer did purchase an additional warranty through [redacted] A Warranty Card was given to the customer at time of purchase which lists what is and what is not covered Cracking/peeling of fabric/leather is listed as an exclusion If you should have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me Sincerely,Karen V [redacted] Customer Service Manager

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: again more lies. I called [redacted] and had a conversation with them; which is also recorded, I paid it over the phone per Travis at Auto Solutions, I made the payment and immediately afterward the lady on the phone said there is a note on the account. And it is being reviewed so they suggested that they cancel the payment and pay it when it's all figured out and in the meantime they did send the check through but it bounced because I had pulled the money out of that account to pay it with card in a different account and I can also show documents from my bank to prove that. His trying to work with us on a 04 Tahoe was insulting since the truck had 215,000 miles, zero hubcaps blown speakers, lights pulled out of the doors, the third seat was gone and the dash was peeling off. Not to mention that the four wheel drive was messed up and this truck was Brooke at 5300 in excellent condition and he wanted 12,500 for it or trade straight across for an 01 Taurus worth 1800 at most. I had given him 6000$ cash and the next month another 1000 and so in all he has 7000 dollars of mine and refused to work on any other vehicles besides those two. Then he proceeded to lie about an in house finance deal and blocked me in a t a gas station to repossess the vehicle. I informed him that this was a breach of the peace as per my attorney and he did not care. This is also a restriction in the west lake financial paperwork that they may not breach the peace. He also pumped the rest of my prepaid gas that I had stopped and hung the gas up and closed the tank and when I walked away with my son he re opened it and used the rest of my money to fill the tank which is theft. Darrin and his business takes advantage of people and gets as much money as he possibly can by selling horrible vehicles to people an saying they're fixes up "for his wife" which is a joke unless he put it together from scratch himself and has parts he forgot to put on. His offers were insulting and not even close to being comparable to the money he has of mine and he needs to fix this pro Ken Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The vehicle was only brought twice, once for the originally scheduled repair date and the second time when the part was; the part is one of the oxygen sensorsWhen the car was brought in the second time, the customer was not able to leave the vehicle with us for the part to be installed as they needed the vehicle back for their use which is understandableWe were able to install the sensor just not before they needed to take the car back from us that dayI apologize that the customer lives minutes away but the part is here if they would still like us to install itThe customer signed paperwork at the time of purchase confirming that any repairs that are to be covered by us need to be handled at our locationIf the customer would like to make an appointment to complete the work we would be more than happy to accommodate them

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Darin knows this is not an acceptable answer He also knows or at least I would hope he knows that it's states clearly in the *** paperwork that he may not breach the peace He also knows that I did not default in payments and that he and Travis have agreed in this several times All he is doing is restating his lies He has no argument for anything I'm saying There are also other people posting on sites here trying to get other people to come forward and do something about the type of business Darin is running There are also people picketing outside of his business This doesn't happen when your doing good honest businessClearly there's a problem and it's not the customersIt's the customer service There are several people Darin is doing this to in a very small town and he is going to have to do something about it because now he has lawsuits being brought against him and he is also calling friends of mine and talking about things he's not supposed to be as well as his wife doing the same He also hired a guy named Kyle R*** who posted on facebook that he is going to repossess my husbands truck and that he is jobless and talked about taking everything my husband loves He also referred to Darin as his boss and tagged Travis C*** who is Darin's employee in the post This is absolutely unacceptable behavior especially for a business owner Darin hired him and is responsible for his employees actions yet Darin refuses to take responsibility for any of his dirty business or unprofessional and illegal business practicesAll Darin does is lie and talk circles around his liesHe called us after we had taken the car home and wanted another 3000$This is known as yo yo car sales and illegal This business needs to be shut down immediately. First of all this is a year old vehicle that was sold "as is" with a junk affidavit that stated the vehicle would not pass inspectionThe customers knowingly signed and agreed that the vehicle did have mechanical or inspection issuesTherefore we are not responsible for passing safety and
emissions and can provide documentation proving that we were not responsible

I have receipts showing the work done to this vehicle after the purchase*** when called offered nothing to try to rectify the situationHe states they spent a lot of money getting this truck ready to go, yet when we took it to get its inspection initially, there was a lot of work that had to be done to even get it to passI wish for you to not close this case as I will send in whatever documentation is necessary

Regarding the Revdex.com complaint filed by *** ***; Mr*** was a resident at a single family home we manage and he vacated earlier this
yearThere was substantial damage to the property that the owner incurred beyond "wear and tear" that the owner of this home had to renovate upon his vacancyOur company provided a day move out letter in effect to this damage and send a payment demand letter to Mr***Attached is a copy of the move out letter and our staff has photographs and invoices for the renovation workIf you need further information on this matter please contact me Regards, Scott J W***

To whom it may concern; Once again I am very sorry that we have reached such an impasseAs a business owner, it is always in my best interest to have the best relationship with as many people as possible and make sure that every customer is satisfiedUnfortunately in this case that can not be a realityMrsand Mr*** defaulted on an auto loan with *** ***, which then drops the deal back in my lapThe ***s were well informed on when their due date and acceptable methods for payments wereThey signed multiple documents stating what happens when payment is not received on time and the repossession is the final recourseThis deal has made me lose sleep, spend hours of time trying to find a resolution, even to having to respond to these reportsBottom line is the ***s did not follow through on their obligationsThe vehicle was lawfully repossessed per state statutesThe vehicle will be disposed of at an Auto AuctionIf there is a balance in excess of the ***s deficiency; they will receive the proceedsIf there is a deficiency then they will be responsible for the unpaid balancePrior to repossession, I had tried to work a few different deals with the ***s, I apologize if they did not think they were fair, but I was under NO obligation to do anything other then repossess the vehicle and resale itThese personal attacks on my character and that of my workers are pithyEvery step of the way, I offered some alternative to them, and they declined to accept any of themOnce again we have followed every step in the correct manner and will continue to do so through the whole processI wish them well in life and hope that times can get a little better for them

We don't put tuners or programmers on our vehicles so therefore our salesman would not have known if there was or wasn'tThey were offered the opportunity to purchase an extended service contract which would have covered any issues that they would have had and they both declined the purchase and
stated that they knew a mechanic if anything went wrongAlso the customers signed an "as is" form and signed knowingly that we were not responsible for any mechanical failureAlso our service manager spoke with the buyers and they said the motor had not failed and the mechanic that looked at the truck stated it may not go bad at allThere is a technical service bulletin released by Ford stating the 6.4l diesel may make a ticking noise but there is not a problem and no reason to service itWe can provide a copy of the bulletin from Ford if neededCustomers were also aware of the mileage which was on the original buyers order that I am sending overIt was a clerical mistake and was corrected and sent to the customer
