I'm sorry you're have trouble with the MustangAccording to the warranty provider you canceled your warranty with them effective Jan 11th (Almost year ago)We would have been happy to check your car into our service department if you were having problemsWe also attempted to reach you by phone multiple times in the last few daysWithout looking at your car its impossible to speculate what could be causing your problem

The vehicle was sold on The temporary plates and registration provided on the day of sale is valid for days from the date of sale Financing did take a couple of days to finalizeIt was between two different lenders [redacted] and [redacted] lakes Upon finalizing the financing the trade was paid off right awayCustomers plates and registration will arrive at the dealership within the expectable time frame the state allows The customer will be notified by phone and mail if they would like the plates and registration mailed to them or if they wish to pick them up As far as any issues with the truck, it was sold in as is condition Auto Villa did agree to replace all new tires after the sale ,in which Auto Villa incurred the cost

We would like to assist you on this problem, but we need more detailsWhen you refer to "Back Taxes" do you mean sales tax that you are paying for the purchase of the truck in your home state? Buisness is a total scam! Been waiting for wi.plates for over months (to which I was charged for!.) Everytime time I inquiry about them I get a line of B.S.an when I call the D.M.V.(Wi) I find that they have never been ordered!so my suggestion is RUN find another reputable dealer,the star rating on this biz.should be half a star if that!like I stated before in the months without plates I have heard more excussed than an employee who doesn't want to work!!!!!!that's differant phone calls!!within a month period!

I just want to say be careful dealing with this businessI did business with them in I am from Wisconsin and seen a *** ram like the trucks I currently have that they had for sale on the inner netWhen I first seen the truck it was listed for $sale priceWhich I have a copy of the truck that I printed before I went to look at itBeing late in the day and finally finding the place in the dark I did test drive the truck and looked it over in the darkThe salesman Don, was good talked me into the truckWhen financing was approved the price jumped to $I had to put down $and left that night with the truck after I had to wait for a driver to come from Wisconsin to drive one of my other *** trucks back to Wisconsin, following meThe next morning when I got a better look at the truck it was scratched that the pictures and the dark the night before I did not seeThis I over looked because it was a business truckA week passes and I get a call that *** *** would not finance the truck through that dealership that I had to sign a new finance paper from Gurnee *** and I never purchased the truck or ever even been to that dealershipDon brought me papers from Illinois to Wisconsin for me to signHe asked for the papers from Auto Villa back that I hadI did not give them to him or did he leave me copies of the new financing from Gurnee ***Now the price jumped another $because Gurnee *** had to get in the dealWhen I purchased this truck it was advertised with a rebuilt transmission, the transmission was never replaced or rebuiltI experienced problems and took it to Hub *** in Wisconsin and was told the transmission was never rebuiltI also asked if the truck was ever in an accident and they said noI took it to a body shop and was told do you know that this truck was in a accident at some point and timeAgain no but know I could see that it was by what they pointed outWhen looking at the truck I seen new tires and with the miles I could see why, but when I starting noticing uneven wear on the front tires it was brought to my attention that the truck had front end problemsOk know I see why tires were put onI never noticed that even the front seats were different tad off in color and fabric designWas this because of an accident? Most likely yesThe body shop showed me were the drivers side doors were off on alignment from some sort of crashI asked Don for a copy of the financing from Gurnee *** and never received themI also asked for the remote to the doors and extra key to which they said they would send me again never received themThe key I had was suppose to have a chip in it and didn't again extra cost from a *** dealershipI had nothing but problems and went to trade it in and found out how much more I was going to looseWhat this place does and my opinion takes the vehicles amour all's the hell out of them, takes WD-to the body to lesson the scratchesMakes promises they do not deliver on, takes advantage on people that put trust in that there word is goodThat was far from the truthIf this was a Wisconsin business I would sue them, but this was purchased in Illinois and not dealing with courts in IllinoisI am looking for another truck to ad to my fleet and when I see this place on the inner net it sickens mePlus Gurnee *** *** *** should be a reputable dealership and they get involved with a sale when the truck was never purchased through them?
So again be very careful dealing with either dealershipI would not recommend either and learned keep your money in your stateIf this was Wisconsin I most likely would win double damages and or Autovilla would have there license revoked because of there criminal act of the sale of this transaction
