We are considering this issue closed due to lack of communication from our customer.

Autovilla told me to call them and let them know what is wrong with my car etc. I am letting my attorney take it from here, regarding the issues 
I am a busy person with work, school etc. my car has been unserviceable since November 2016 I will call you when it is convenient for me.

Customer bought the car with intentions of it being for personal use. We had no knowledge of who was going to be driving the car after the...

purchase. The customer gave us all of the necessary stipulations that the bank required, and signed all of the documents. He left happy and satisfied. Once he said there was a problem and did not want the car any longer we offered to trade in it in for same sales price in which he paid. We also replaced both rear tires for the customer , a week after delivery of the car at no cost to the customer. Any other service problems we are open to helping or trading in, without any loss to customer.

No I don't accept the response first of all he is not the one who create this problem,if he spoke to his agent then the agent lied,because he did it in a wrong way or to deal his customer,and I don't even know this guy I just heard his name as [redacted] or [redacted],the big mistake he made is he enrolled me in the car insurance without knowing me and the attorney will take care of this,one more thing I didn't came into your place and he came into our house and let it sign some documents without explaining to me the detail,he said just sign it every things fine, my intention is to help my sister boyfriend to buy a car NOT mine because me and my Dad is planning to buy a car of my own after he finished his car on august,so I'm very much aware with my credit I'm only 26 years old and I don't want to owe as big as this amount. You said I can trade this car but can cost me a lot. There is no problem regarding your service my concern is on how they put the responsibility on me that I'm not ready yet, How come that other people went there to buy a car and but its own my name and I don't even see the car your location but everything is on my name,even the car insurance was surprised when they called me that I'm not the owner of this car, this is a big fraudulent case,the documents is all legal matters how come they put it in my name without my consent. Now I'm having a physical depressed of this. When the buyer called your agent regarding this problem he said just bring the car back here and just pay a little bit for using the car,and when we got there he you cannot return the car because we don't owned the car,so its all tricky your place is too very far from our place but he us come over there and nothing is happened,I knew the agent will make any possible just to have a customer and have a commission. Now I think this is enough for you to understand of what happened, if you are not aware of what the agent doing,please fix it because I'm not a buyer. Thank you

Right now I cannot decide of what you offered me, I need to talk to my legal adviser. Right now I have a lot of things to do and I will refer this first to someone who knows the right one. Last week we recieved letter from you regarding payments that you did not recieve for 10 days,eventhough the buyer already sent payment before their due date and already had a confirmation number,so it's shows that your office is not operating well. So this is it I won't accept your offer.

company and its employees have lied multiple times, blatantly. They are witholding $500.00 from my personal account with no legal reason to do so. I am looking into ways to press charges for theft including damages for time wasted. An in-store credit is not a legal form of tender. I would never purchase a vehicle from this company or advise any other person to do so. In my research I have found multiple other customers whom have had poor and illegal experiences with [redacted] and have reached out in a collaborative effort to bring legal recourse to the company if they cannot resolve the numerous claims against them. They prey on women and young kids which is extremely unethical as well.

The vehicle was sold on 12.26.15.
The temporary plates and registration provided on the day of sale is valid for 90 days from the date of sale.
Financing did take a couple of days to finalize. It was between two different lenders [redacted] and [redacted] lakes.

financing the trade was paid off right away. Customers plates and registration will arrive at the dealership within the expectable time frame the state allows. 
The customer will be notified by phone and mail if they would like the plates and registration mailed to them or if they wish to pick them up.
As far as any issues with the truck, it was sold in as is condition.  Auto Villa did agree to replace all new tires after the sale ,in which Auto Villa incurred the cost.

The previous offer of an in-store credit will be available for 12 months from today if you choose to change your mind. We are unable to offer anything else in this case. Thank you for your time.
